Early on Thursday morning, Bentley Killmon boarded a chartered bus to take him from Fort Myers to Miami so he could protest the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas. The 71-year-old, retired airline pilot said he was amazed by the heavy police presence in downtown Miami when he arrived.

Throughout the day, he said he watched police overreact to incidents. He saw a 53-year-old woman get shot in the chest with rubber bullets. He saw other peaceful protesters being gassed with pepper spray. He saw young people, who weren't doing anything illegal or improper, being pushed and harassed by cops.

Sis, I just haven't had time to send you the info on Yellowstone. But here is the scoop. Yellowstone National Park is about to blow off the face of the Earth, and our wonderful leaders are keeping the whole thing squelched.

In July the Park rangers closed the entire Norris Geyser Basin because of the deformation of the land and the excess temperature. There is an area there that is 28 miles long by 7 miles wide that has bulged upward over five inches since 1996, and this year the ground temperature on that bulge has reached over 200 degrees. There was no choice but to close off the whole area. Everything in that area is dying. The trees, flowers, grass, etc. A dead zone is developing and spreading outward. The animals are literally migrating out of the park. This isn't hearsay. It is coming from people who have actually visited the park in just the last few weeks.

Colonel Sam Gardiner (USAF, Ret.) has identified 50 false news stories created and leaked by a secretive White House propaganda apparatus.

Bush administration officials are probably having second thoughts about their decision to play hardball with former US Ambassador Joseph Wilson. Joe Wilson is a contender. When you play hardball with Joe, you better be prepared to deal with some serious rebound.

 

After Wilson wrote a critically timed New York Times essay exposing as false George W. Bush's claim that Iraq had purchased uranium from Niger, high officials in the White House contacted several Washington reporters and leaked the news that Wilson's wife was a CIA agent.

 

Wilson isn't waiting for George W. Bush to hand over the perp. In mid-October, the former ambassador began passing copies of an embarrassing internal report to reporters across the US. The-Edge has received copies of this document.

 

The 56-page investigation was assembled by USAF Colonel (Ret.) Sam Gardiner. "Truth from These Podia: Summary of a Study of Strategic Influence, Perception Management, Strategic Information Warfare and Strategic Psychological Operations in Gulf II" identifies more than 50 stories about the Iraq war that were faked by government propaganda artists in a covert campaign to "market" the military invasion of Iraq.

 

Gardiner has credentials. He has taught at the National War College, the Air War College and the Naval Warfare College and was a visiting scholar at the Swedish Defense College.

 

According to Gardiner, "It was not bad intelligence" that lead to the quagmire in Iraq, "It was an orchestrated effort [that] began before the war" that was designed to mislead the public and the world. Gardiner's research lead him to conclude that the US and Britain had conspired at the highest levels to plant "stories of strategic influence" that were known to be false.

 

The Times of London described the $200-million-plus US operation as a "meticulously planned strategy to persuade the public, the Congress, and the allies of the need to confront the threat from Saddam Hussein."

 

The multimillion-dollar propaganda campaign run out of the White House and Defense Department was, in Gardiner's final assessment "irresponsible in parts" and "might have been illegal."

 

"Washington and London did not trust the peoples of their democracies to come to the right decisions," Gardiner explains. Consequently, "Truth became a casualty. When truth is a casualty, democracy receives collateral damage." For the first time in US history, "we allowed strategic psychological operations to become part of public affairs... [W]hat has happened is that information warfare, strategic influence, [and] strategic psychological operations pushed their way into the important process of informing the peoples of our two democracies."

 

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld announced plans to create an Office of Strategic Influence early in 2002. At the same time British Prime Minister Tony Blair's Strategy Director Alastair Campbell was setting up an identical operation in London.

 

As soon as Pvt. Jessica Lynch was airlifted from her hospital bed, the first call from her "rescue team" went, not to military officials but to Jim Wilkinson, the White House's top propaganda official stationed in Iraq.

White House critics were quick to recognize that "strategic influence" was a euphemism for disinformation. Rumsfeld had proposed establishing the country's first Ministry of Propaganda.

 

The criticism was so severe that the White House backed away from the plan. But on November 18, several months after the furor had died down, Rumsfeld arrogantly announced that he had not been deterred. "If you want to savage this thing, fine: I'll give you the corpse. There's the name. You can have the name, but I'm gonna keep doing every single thing that needs to be done -- and I have."

 

Gardiner's dogged research identified a long list of stories that passed through Rumsfeld's propaganda mill. According to Gardiner, "there were over 50 stories manufactured or at least engineered that distorted the picture of Gulf II for the American and British people." Those stories include:

 

• The link between terrorism, Iraq and 9/11
• Iraqi agents meeting with 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta
• Iraq's possession of chemical and biological weapons.
• Iraq's purchase of nuclear materials from Niger.
• Saddam Hussein's development of nuclear weapons.
• Aluminum tubes for nuclear weapons
• The existence of Iraqi drones, WMD cluster bombs and Scud missiles.
• Iraq's threat to target the US with cyber warfare attacks.
• The rescue of Pvt. Jessica Lynch.
• The surrender of a 5,000-man Iraqi brigade.
• Iraq executing Coalition POWs.
• Iraqi soldiers dressing in US and UK uniforms to commit atrocities.

Last February, the Transportation Security Agency announced that all U.S. citizens who fly would be assigned a green, yellow or red travel code under a new system known as CAAPS II - "Computer Assisted Passenger Screening."

 

A green code means you fly like normal. A yellow code means you would be subject to repeated searches and interrogation by police before you would be allowed to fly. A red code means you can't fly and may be arrested.

The system will eventually be expanded to every form of public transportation, including ships, trains and buses. It will probably also be expanded eventually to issuing driver's licenses and even opening bank accounts.

 

The criteria for determining your travel code is secret, and there is no provision for challenging it.

So, if you're assigned a yellow or red travel code, and you are prohibited from visiting your own children or lose your job because you keep on missing business flights while police interrogate you, tough luck!

 

Now TSA has dropped another shocker: The number of U.S. citizens to be initially yellow- or red-coded is enormous! Up to 8% of all U.S. citizens are to be yellow-coded initially, and 2-3% red-coded. That's 10% of the entire U.S. adult population!

TSA says they plan to implement this system nationwide within 12 months.

October 3 , 2003, 1200 PDT, (FTW) -- Some months ago, concerned by a Paris statement made by Professor Kenneth Deffeyes of Princeton regarding his concern about the impact of Peak Oil and Gas on fertilizer production, I tasked FTW's Contributing Editor for Energy, Dale Allen Pfeiffer to start looking into what natural gas shortages would do to fertilizer production costs. His investigation led him to look at the totality of food production in the US. Because the US and Canada feed much of the world the answers have global implications.

What follows is most certainly the single most frightening article I have ever read and certainly the most alarming piece that FTW has ever published. Even as we have seen CNN, Britain's Independent and Jane's Defence Weekly acknowledge the reality of Peak Oil and Gas within the last week, acknowledging that world oil and gas reserves are as much as 80% less than predicted, we are also seeing how little real thinking has been devoted to the host of crises certain to follow; at least in terms of publicly accessible thinking.

This article is so serious in its implications that I have taken the unusual step of underlining 26 of its key findings. I did that with the intent that the reader treat each underlined passage as a separate and incredibly important fact. Each one of these facts should be read and digested separately to assimilate its importance. I found myself reading one fact and then getting up and walking away until I could come back and (un)comfortably read to the next.

All told, Dale Allen Pfeiffer's research and reporting confirms the worst of FTW's suspicions about the consequences of Peak Oil and it poses serious questions about what to do next. Not the least of these is why, in a presidential election year, none of the candidates has even acknowledged the problem. Thus far, it is clear that solutions for these questions, perhaps the most important ones facing mankind, will by necessity be found by private individuals and communities, independently of outside or governmental help. Whether the real search for answers comes now, or as the crisis becomes unavoidable, depends solely on us. It is also abundantly clear that fresh water, its acquisition and delivery, is a crisis that is upon us now as certainly as is Peak Oil and Gas.

To get back to that.., there is "THE PLAN" at i.am/jah/plan.htm It is God's Plan.  His Will will be done on earth as it is in Heaven with or without you. If it is without you.., I am very sad for you. You haven't "picked a side" yet if you aren't actively doing what you can to help reinstate Father's Laws. You know that when Jesus comes back (at least I hope you know), He is coming with a SWORD. And you are either with Him or against Him. But I can guarantee you.., He won't be coming to reinstate the CON-stitution or Bill of Rights. He will reinstate Father's Laws.., so if you intend to SURVIVE what is almost upon us.., you'd better start "boning up" on the First Five Books of The Bible and forget all the other junk we've all been fed.

Why you should not vote

Rigged computers plus corrupt candidates equal no freedom

Here's a simple message vital to the future of the human species that a majority of Americans will have no trouble heeding - Don't vote. Repeat: Do not vote, under any circumstances.    

How's that for a counterintuitive proposition? Don't vote and you just might, one day, regain your free country. If you do choose to cast a vote, chances are excellent that you won't ever see freedom again, because by voting, you simply a reinforce a system totally polluted by money and corruption that ultimately has nobody's best interests at heart.    

Why would you cast a ballot when fascist controlled electronic voting companies conceal from the public proprietary software that allows them to change vote totals in any way they wish, as the 2002 midterm elections in Minnesota, Georgia, Texas, Alabama and other states so blatantly demonstrated?    

Never mind that criminal Katherine Harris gambit in 2000 when she personally disenfranchised more than 90,000 legitimate voters, allowing George W. Bush to embark on his pathological crusade to obliterate the world in order to enrich his friends with lucrative no-bid contracts that destroy the American economy.    

The real point is that your vote counts for precisely nothing if some politically motivated computer geek can whimsically change the ballot box totals at the end of the night. Evidence of this activity is now overwhelming. That's what has happened in the last two elections, and that's what will happen in 2004.    

So why would you bother to vote?    

Then the real question becomes: What if they held an election and nobody voted? What would happen then?

Over 3,000 companies in the United States are controlled by China's powerful Secret Intelligence Service (CSIS). Hundreds of Chinese intelligence officers and their well-paid informers are operating through the companies within this country.

Next to terrorism, the threat they pose is now regarded by the FBI as the most serious since the Soviet Union and Jonathan Pollard plundered America's defence secrets.

The revelations are contained in a briefing paper which FBI director, Robert Mueller, presented to a Congressional Committee last month. Despite the undoubted gravity of the report, it has virtually gone unreported by the mainstream media and the networks.

David Szady, FBI assistant director for counter-intelligence has categorised the situation as a "most grave and present danger". He added, "left unchecked, such a situation could greatly undermine US national security and US military and economic advantage. The Chinese have figured out that what they want."
