Like many other viewers, I shrank back in disbelief when the images of the World Trade Centre (WTC) attack first began to flood the airwaves. How could this happen? Who would want to do such a thing? How could four different airliners all be hijacked at the same time? How had security systems and air defenses both failed so miserably? How would America respond?

And then the answers to such questions started coming in within hours the authorities "knew" that the perpetrators were linked to Bin Laden, and President George Bush was already announcing a "War Against Terrorism". While images of the attack were still being replayed, over and over again, US Congress had already authorised the President to take "any necessary measures", and had allocated $40 billion to that purpose. Within days, the US had persuaded NATO to declare that this "attack on one member nation was an attack on all". Then it turned out that the $40 billion had come from America's social-security fund, and $15 billion was being allocated to bailing out the airline industry. Next we were being told that Americans would need to give up their civil liberties, and Congress was rapidly approving the "Combating Terrorism Act of 2001". The War on Terrorism was going to be largely a covert war, a war "unlike any other", a war that would go on indefinitely into the future.

For what it is worth We/I offer these comments as a preface to what you will see below.

Years ago I saw a film about a "study" being done at a college here in the U.S.   Some students were to be jailed while others were to be given supreme "authority" over the "detainees". Within a few days the abuse got so out-of-control.., the "study"/project was halted. One student "in charge" (during the study) said he couldn't believe the evil things he did to his fellow students. He would have NEVER believed he had that "in him".

May I suggest.., there is "something" deep, down (in the darkness [of the SUB-conscious]) inside all of us that is JUST WAITING for the "right opportunity" to "express itself". Look at the reported atrocities of the Nazi death camps. Where did these "people" come from that instigated and inflicted such inhumanity/torture on their "fellow man"? They were brick-layers and accountants and wallpaper hangers (yes, Hitler [reportedly] at one time hung wallpaper). So they were "common folk" who in "normal life" "wouldn't hurt a fly". They were dad's, uncles, cousins, brothers and "friends".

That "something" has been being nurtured (especially) in the U.S. (particularly) in the last 50 to 60 years. With President Johnson's "Great Society" (the full birth of the "welfare state") we have witnessed the destruction of families (BY DESIGN - "social engineering") and the alienation of children away from their birth parents (and toward the "state"/Satan. Children are indoctrinated and conditioned by "the (beast/state) system" in "state licensed" day care facilities, brainwashed in "publik skools" and pretty much finished off by early exposure to sex, drugs, rap-music, TV and violent video games (and let us not forget the EXAMPLE of all too many parents on drugs [both "legal" and illegal] living the selfish life being described here). Satan is getting ready to unleash "his
children" on a (mostly) unsuspecting world. What we are about to witness (in the not too distant future) will make Nazi Germany look like a walk in the park.

Think you escaped the "conditioning"? Perhaps you went to public/parochial/private skool in the 40', 50's or 60's and, relatively speaking it "wasn't so bad". You and I were just another layer (step down) being USED to set up this generation. We've all been taught to "live the Amerikan dream" so (most of us) we "worked hard" to acquire that "DREAM". We never "saw" our own selfishness fueling our ambition. We (actually Satan) told ourselves we worked all the overtime so we could provide our families with a "better life". But look at the truth. Look at the price we paid. We were NEVER good husbands/wives/dads/moms. We were all a part of Satan's selfish minions (either consciously or UN-consciously). How can We/I make such a blanket statement? Simple. We're ALL still here on this prison planet for the criminally (selfish) insane. So the question is.., can we admit the truth (about who we REALLY are)? Can we get off of this nightmarish/hellish merry-go-round? Will you "break the chain"? Will you help restore this world to God's Laws (and ONLY His Laws) and sanity/SELFLESSNESS.

The sample of despicable pictures taken in the infamous Abu Gareeb prison clearly showed that the Iraqi prisoners were tortured, humiliated and subjected to the types of sexual perversions that are widespread within the American society. This has clearly angered the Islamic world, but it has surprised no one! Amnesty International and other human rights groups also voiced this opinion and they have received many similar complaints in the past. The British cousins have also been engaging in such practices, which is expected as they both share the same heritage and values.

The gamut of sexual perversion including the sexual practice of bondage is widespread and licensed under the notion of freedom. An average American soldier is usually raised in such an environment, subjected to a range of Porn, early sexual abuse and gratuitous violence. Their own statistics reveal that 33% are born out of wedlock and many of them do not know the identity of their father, hence often subjected to sexual abuse and neglect. This is why one individual pointed out to an American when he called Usamah Bin Laden a Bastard, that Usamah and every Al-Qaeeda member clearly knows the identity of their father, hence the title is more suitable for those Americans citizens! Those pictures along with the numerous independent reports only confirm the American identity of their soldiers. Add this to their racist outlook towards non-Europeans and Muslims/Arabs in particular, demonised by the powerful mass media (that dwarfs the lone channel of Al-Jazeerah) that constantly promotes a culture of hate and intolerance. 

A careful reader of the limited news coming out of Iraq will discover the US military situation is perilous and a few more bad moves could send the US Army and Marines retreating back to Kuwait in the same manner they fled southward 54 years ago in Korea. That was when a million Chinese foot soldiers suddenly appeared and attacked as overextended US forces approached the Chinese border. American firepower, airpower, and technology was unable to compensate for the confusion and lack of supplies for American ground troops.

The main problem in Iraq today is the massive logistics effort required to sustain US Forces at a over a hundred dispersed camps. Over 95% of supplies arrive by ship, and the closest major seaport is in Kuwait. This means everything must be hauled hundreds of miles over war torn roads among hostile natives. This is far more difficult than Vietnam, which had a long coastline where supplies could be dropped off. A recent article by Tom Ricks of the Washington Post noted that most convoys are attacked, and that soldiers must stop to check each bridge for explosives because there is not enough manpower to guard them. Other reporters tell of recently destroyed bridges, forcing convoys to travel on secondary roads which doubles their travel time. In addition, many civilian truck drivers have refused to drive and many foreign logistics contractors have left Iraq.

Many reports tell of ammunition rationing. The US military was not expecting a prolonged conflict, and drawing and transporting dangerous ammo from limited worldwide stockpiles is a challenge. Senior Army officials told the House Armed Services Committee last month that nearly all the wartime stockpiles in Southwest Asia and on the island of Diego Garcia have been issued, as well as equipment stashed in Europe—a total of 10,000 tanks, personnel carriers, trucks, and other vehicles. Only the Army's equipment for one brigade in Korea and the Marines' brigade stock in Guam remain untouched. In addition, the desert sand and heavy use of helicopters and equipment is wearing them out many times faster than usual. This demands many more spare parts and shortages have developed. Ammunition and most military spare parts cannot be purchased on the commercial market. Assuming the military supply and contracting bureaucracy can quickly identify needs and place orders, it takes months to boost production. Meanwhile, Generals must juggle budget allocations with semi-legal account shifts since the Bush administration has announced that it will not ask Congress for supplemental funding until January, after the presidential election.

In a recent column, "Feeling a Draft" (April 15), I reported that the US has now killed more Iraqi women and children than Saddam Hussein.

      The use of the word "insurgents" to identify the enemy in Iraq is propaganda on the part of the government, and ingenuousness on the part of the media.   The local residents of a place who oppose the cacique government imposed upon them by a conquering foreign power are not insurgents.  They are more properly called partisan resistance fighters. Insofar as insurgents are more accurately agents who enter into an area to covertly organize opposition to the existing government, our CIA and special ops agents who have brought down various regimes throughout the world these last few decades are precisely what is meant by the word insurgents. That is not an indictment, just calling a spade a spade. Those educated well enough to be national level political journalists should know the difference.  Shame on you propaganda parrots.

US Senator Chuck Hagel (R-Neb) reported today that the deteriorating military situation in Iraq may force the U.S. to reintroduce the military draft.

"Why shouldn't we ask all our citizens bear some responsibility and pay some price?" Hagel said, arguing that restoring compulsory military service would "force our citizens to understand the intensity and depth of the challeges we face."

There exists too much silence about all this. As a grandfather this is a real travesty. If you are a parent OR grandparent, or are 18 to 26 YOU NEED TO READ THIS. I AM GIVING YOU FACTS HERE and the time left to prevent this increasing genocide is very limited. I've compiled in this article all the basic facts for you to decide about the so-called war on terrorism, and its implications. I can promise there is something in this article you have not thought about yet. I'll leave it to you to find it.

You will see proof that in reality even our soldiers are given no more regard for their lives by our government, than the enemies they shoot at. 

Isn't bringing back the draft a good thing ? Don't we want all our young men and women to be in the military ?  That's what WILL happen, beginning this coming Spring. ALL males and ALL females from 18 to 26 will be drafted according to a Bill now in Congress. This saga began with Henry Hyde more than three years ago.

 WHAT EXEMPTIONS ARE PLANNED ACCORDING TO RECENT INFORMATION ?

1. Under-classmen get to finish the semester in college
2. Upper-classmen get to finish the year.
3. Canada has already signed an agreement to prevent anyone from taking draft asylum there.
Canada has had mandatory service for years, as many other countries do (including Switzerland.) I personally know of one man, who was here in the states doing his post-doc work, and had to return to Canada to serve his two years. 

Apparently the only exemptions allowed to prevent being drafted are to have a non-breathing body, or not be human.

Maybe you haven't heard about this ? Simple - because this is a highly unpopular thing to do in an election year. And the Bush corp. is counting on voters NOT finding out about it. Don't be fooled into thinking this is a republican-only act. That's another false belief, because the man who brought this up again (as I pointed out above) is a democrat. Both sides of the isle want it. Make no mistake about it, because despite party names BOTH OF THEM HAVE THE SAME AGENDA. We might as well admit the system of checks and balances is in very bad shape. 

By now you are thinking, "Bush will never sign it !" Not so. He has stated he will all along, and MUST have it to fuel his war. Tanks and planes are useless, without people to run them. Did you forget he promised us a 100 YEAR WAR ?
So we have about 98 years to go.  Think about who would volunteer for that, with people everywhere on earth knowing about the lies the soldiers hear about "coming home." It's quite simple- they can't come home, because that would stop the 100 year war. 

Ask yourself- isn't he playing god ? He thinks he's the servant of God, because Rice herself has contacted people like Dr. Jack Van Impe. She said she did it on his behalf to "see if the president is following biblical prophecy." Hence, even more war and even worse than the one we are in. But remember this - having enough SOLDIERS and PILOTS is the key to winning in any war, not just having technology. Once a land has been taken, there must be enough soldiers in place to secure it or you will lose it. 

The new draft is planned to start next Spring (2005.) Draft board positions all across the country are quietly being filled - more than 15,000 of them. Everyone foolishly thought the Patriot Act would never be signed. But they signed it. Then congressmen complained they "didn't get a chance to read it." When Patriot 2 came along. THEY SIGNED THAT TOO.  Still can't see the writing on the wall ? If you ever read these acts, then you would know that the signing of Patriot 2 took away ALL OF OUR BILL OF RIGHTS by simply using the new acts to nullify their effectiveness. Sure, the Bill of Rights still exists, but now it's an almost powerless document. These acts are now being used for ALL crimes, as many true patriots predicted. And if the so-called "assault weapons ban" is signed into law- virtually every firearm WILL BE OUTLAWED in the US because of the general wording it has to describe an assault weapon.  All the past dictators like Hitler, did this very same thing just before gun confiscation was ordered. First they took away the firearms. Then they came to take away the people. Doesn't anyone learn from history ? 

Now, you will say "my children are all grown up and past the age of being drafted."

Unable to advance farther into the city, an Army psychological operations team hopes a mix of heavy metal and insults shouted in Arabic - including, "You shoot like a goat herder" - will draw gunmen to step forward and attack.

George W. Bush's Tuesday night press conference was the usual torrent of endlessly repeated cuddly sugar coated questions followed by the same endlessly repeated worn out monotone responses.

BASRA, April 12 (MNA) -- Fifty days after the first reports that the U.S. forces were unloading weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in southern Iraq, new reports about the movement of these weapons have been disclosed.

Sources in Iraq speculate that occupation forces are using the recent unrest in Iraq to divert attention from their surreptitious shipments of WMD into the country.

An Iraqi source close to the Basra Governor's Office told the MNA that new information shows that a large part of the WMD, which was secretly brought to southern and western Iraq over the past month, are in containers falsely labeled as containers of the Maeresk shipping company and some consignments bearing the labels of organizations such as the Red Cross or the USAID in order to disguise them as relief shipments.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, added that Iraqi officials including forces loyal to the Iraqi Governing Council stationed in southern Iraq have been forbidden from inspecting or supervising the transportation of these consignments. He went on to say that the occupation forces have ordered Iraqi officials to forward any questions on the issue to the coalition forces. Even the officials of the international relief organizations have informed the Iraqi officials that they would only accept responsibility for relief shipments which have been registered and managed by their organizations.
