The AFP is reporting that the bombing of the Golden Domed Mosque "was the work of specialists" and that the "placing of explosives must have taken at least 12 hours."

Construction Minister Jassem Mohammed Jaafar said, "Holes were dug into the mausoleum’s four main pillars and packed with explosives. Then charges were connected together and linked to another charge placed just under the dome. The wires were then linked to a detonator which was triggered at a distance."

Clearly, the bombing was not carried out by rogue elements in the disparate Iraqi resistance. This is the work of highly-trained saboteurs and bomb-experts who were executing a precision-demolition to incite sectarian violence. The blast bears all the hallmarks of a covert Intelligence agency-operation.

Who benefits from such a vicious attack on the foundations of Islamic identity and culture?

The AFP’s report is consistent with earlier analysis provided by a Baghdad blogger who convincingly demonstrates that the destruction of the mosque was a "controlled demolition" which required considerable time and professional expertise. Top military investigator is found dead in Basra
Captain Ken Masters, 40, commanding officer of 61 Section of the Royal Military Police Special Investigations Branch (SIB), had been under pressure to bring to a conclusion a number of allegations relating to incidents in which Iraqi civilians had been killed.

The Royal Military Police has been working at full stretch to complete investigations after claims against British troops ranging from fatal shootings of civilians to abuse of prisoners. Captain Masters’s biggest current investigation was ordered after the incident on September 19 when two SAS troopers had to be rescued by British troops in armoured vehicles after they had been arrested by Iraqi police. I'm on holiday, without my usual computer resources, and so this posting will be lacking the kind of documentation that I normally try to provide. The stories have been breaking so rapidly however, that I feel I must post something before all hell breaks loose. I'm kind of working from memory. Quote: 32-year-old..Bruce Lait..who teaches dance in Cambridge..told the paper that..as he and his partner 23-year-old Crystal Main..made their way out [of the bombed carriage], a policeman pointed out where the bomb had been. "The policeman said 'mind that hole, that's where the bomb was'. The metal was pushed upwards as if the bomb was underneath the train . They seem to think the bomb was left in a bag, but I don't remember anybody being where the bomb was, or any bag," he said.

There we have prima facie evidence that there were no suicide bombers at all. The bomb on Circle Line train number 204 was pre-planted beneath the carriage, probably when the train was out of service in the Hammersmith overnight Tube service depot.

Let's talk some odds for a moment. Bring all this back into context.

Can any of you tell me what are the odds against a so-called "suicide-bomber" ending up blowing himself and a bus up; when the bus had been diverted from its normal route and ended up "lost" in Tavistock Square; right outside Fortress GB in Tavistock House, and that the "blood of the sacrificed" would end up spattered right on the two doorposts and lintel of the entrance to the original Tavistock Clinic from where the Tavistock Institute emanated, like a Satanic "passover" ritual?

William Rodriguez heard a series of explosions rock the lower levels of the WTC minutes before the north tower came crashing down, establishing further evidence the building collapsed from a controlled demolition not burning jet fuel like the government contends.

His eye-witness account adds a "personal and human touch" to the growing number of critics of the official government story, which have included well-known scientists, engineers, professors and even a Labor Department economist from President Bush's first administration.

Rodriguez, a maintenance worker on duty the morning of 9/11 and one of the last to leave the building, is also the lead plaintiff in a federal RICO lawsuit filed against Bush and others, alleging conspiracy to commit murder and other crimes in the WTC deaths of more that 3,000.

The case, filed last November in a Philadelphia federal district court, recently was moved to New York in a change of venue after a government's motion to dismiss was overruled, allowing legal discovery to continue.

Rodriguez's attorney, Phil Berg of Philadelphia, said his client doesn't know all the answers behind the 9/11 government conspiracy, but is prepared to testify he heard strange explosions far below the jetliner's point of impact, indicating a controlled demolition.

Besides the explosions, Rodriguez also has provided testimony to the 9/11 Commission that he accidentally stumbled across one of the supposed 19 Arab hijackers inside the WTC several months before 9/11.

"I had just finished cleaning the bathroom and this guy asks me, 'Excuse me, how many public bathrooms are in this area?'" Rodriguez told the 9/11 Commission. "Coming from the school of the 1993 [Trade Center] bombing, I found it very strange. I didn't forget about it."

Rodriguez, declared a 9/11 hero for leading a number of people to safety before the collapse of the towers, claims he saw United Airlines Flight 175 hijacker Mohand Alshehri in June 2001, telling an FBI agent in the family center at Ground Zero about the incident a month after the attacks.

Remembering The Lessons Of Germany's Past

For years, I struggled to comprehend how the good (sic*) people of Germany could allow someone such as Adolph Hitler to lead them into what became World War II. After all, before Hitler's rise to power, Germany had a rich Christian heritage. The Reformation out of the Dark Ages had its roots deeply imbedded in Germany and surrounding countries.

Furthermore, Germany has long produced some of the most intelligent and creative people on the planet! Many of the world's greatest engineers and scientists have come from Germany and Austria. When it comes to knowledge and education, the Germanic people take a back seat to no one.

How, then, could the good (sic - he's done it again), intelligent people of Germany follow and support someone such as Hitler? For years I struggled to find the answer to that puzzle. Now, I believe I understand.

Last week, a comment appeared on the World Socialist Web Site describing the phenomenon of “Reality TV.” [“Reality television” and the American reality that produces it] There is another genre of network television drama that is every bit as psychologically and socially toxic. These are broadcast television series that openly serve a right-wing political agenda. I am referring to shows like JAG, which glorifies the military, and to the ubiquitous cop shows that now regularly top the ratings on network television.

The weekly Fox network television series entitled 24 is an extreme example of this genre. Its propaganda value is revealed in story lines that promote racist stereotypes of Arab Americans and other ethnic groups. Even more politically insidious, this year’s season is replete with scenes of torture administered to various suspected terrorists or their associates by US government operatives. 24 offers such stomach-turning scenes every week. These sequences no doubt reflect, first of all, the sadistic imaginations of those producing the program. They are also designed to shock and presumably appeal to the most backward viewers—a politically perverse example of the scenes that characterize a show like Fear Factor. Moreover, this systematic presentation of torture is intended to inure the population and convey the message that this barbaric treatment is somehow acceptable in the “global war on terror.”

The only sound in the darkness was the voice of a woman on the phone outlining her plans to awaken a sleeping citizenry with an accurate video version of the crime of the century. But when a man listens to a woman, he often doesn't hear her words, but instead drifts off into the uncharted narrative of his own dreams.

Fifty years ago I stood in the kitchen of my childhood. The giant glass of milk I always consumed before bedtime had accidentally crashed onto the kitchen floor, spewing a white Rorschach blot across the checkered linoleum. I loved milk, I told her. But her voice chided through the line: no adult animal drinks milk; it isn't healthy, because the excess protein putrefies in your digestive tract and catalyzes all manner of debilitating ailments.

So we learn what we thought was essential to our well-being may in reality be a recipe for needless misery, not to mention serious injury. This passing thought, this shattered glass in my memory, got me thinking about what we once learned was good and life-giving can with the right information lead to the realization that we are killing ourselves because we remain ignorant of basic facts.

This evolving image coalesced in my mind as she talked about the need to convince people that 9/11 was really an inside job inflicted on the American people by our own leaders. Hence this thought: what we thought was good and pure can, without accurate information, actually be a poison that we eagerly and happily guzzle down.

 

 

I have long insisted that the heart-wrenching trauma that was 9/11 is the key to understanding both the past and the future of American history. If you choose to accept the official version of these horrible events, you are continuing to ingest a poison that has killed millions of innocent people, and will surely kill millions more.
