To Mr. P. Caruana , elected representative of less than 35% of Gibraltarians,

I hope you are well & in good spirit, and will, by taking the required action, continue to be well & in good spirit.

You tell the Gibraltarians that the Tri-partite Forum talks with Spain are going well. The border queues are worse than ever.

You say that an Airport Agreement might be arrived at soon. The maritime Guardia Civil are chasing innocent Gibraltar nationals in Gibraltar waters all the way to our shores and stepping ashore. Claiming jurisdiction over Gibraltar vessels in OUR waters.

You say that we are going to have a new Constitution soon. Is there going to be a Referendum on it, or is it going to be imposed on us, by you and a few others?

To the people of Gibraltar ,

I hope you are well & in good spirit, and will, by taking the required action, continue to be well & in good spirit.

I don’t know about you. But I would certainly like the opportunity to declare my support for, or rejection of a new Constitution. And if your present elected leaders (not mine – I never voted for them and am not subject to their rule/authority or to democracy, but to God alone and His Laws * – Deuteronomy 4:2 / Matthew 5:17-19) claim they are acting in the best interests of Gibraltar, then they have no legitimate excuse for not letting Gibraltar back them up in this through a Referendum.

In fact, it would be a good idea to have a Referendum on this Airport Agreement too. The Referendum could even contain both questions (Airport Deal & New Constitution), to avoid the hassle and expense of holding two separate Referendums. Why also a Referendum about the proposed Airport Agreement, some of you may ask? This is why: There is absolutely no need for any Spanish authorities at our Gibraltar Airport.

If Spain simply allows their own and all other airlines to fly into Gibraltar; instead of only direct flights from the U.K., as they SHOULD under the European open skies agreement; then they just have to get off the plane and walk over the border, like they do now. And make sure the pedestrian and traffic flow through the border is as quick and hassle-free as possible. As they SHOULD be doing already.

That’s all it would take for them to be able to use the Airport. With all the land they have available to build an airport, why do they need ours, except for gaining a foothold on Gibraltar soil? Why should Gibraltar be dividing its few assets with a much larger nation? A nation, whose Government REFUSES to give up their sovereignty claims over our little nation? Are we in our right minds, to allow this to happen?

The Mayor of La Linea Juan Carlos Juarez says he does not want media coverage of the talks. He said "over-exposure" but what he actually means is "any coverage whatsoever", since there hasn’t been ANY coverage of any real substance, because the talks are being held behind closeddoors. He says this is because there are those in Gibraltar against an Airport Agreement, and so I have to ask myself what this agreement consists of, for him to know that there shall be opposition to it from Gibraltarians? Is that why the details are being kept secret from those it will affect the most – the Gibraltarians? Will we only ever know when it is too late – when the Agreement has already been reached and signed by Mr. Caruana on "our behalf"?

If Mr. Caruana believes that an Agreement is now on the cards, well, he better start spilling the details about the same shouldn’t he? As in, NOW. What do Mr. Juarez and Mr. Caruana know that the people of Gibraltar do not know, that they withhold the details of this plan from us? Is it about joint use, or joint control?

Joint use means Spanish civilians being free to catch flights to and from Gibraltar (as is already the case), and Spanish civilian planes being free to land and take off from Gibraltar (as would be the case were it not for their Government’s un-neighbourly intransigence).

Joint control means armed Spanish authorities operating in Gibraltar (of which the Airport is part of), and the start of the slippery slope to joint sovereignty and then full Spanish sovereignty. Joint control means Spain having control over which airplanes land on YOUR Airport, even if their terminal is on the other side of the Border. Joint control means military planes of a nation claiming sovereignty over YOUR land, eventually landing on YOUR airport. Spain getting its foot in the door through the airport, and step by step pushing the boundaries further and further into Gibraltar.   If it would be good for the Campo community, and indeed for the development of the Campo area, to be able to use Gibraltar’s Airport without the hassle of queuing at the border, then that is an issue THEY have to sort out with their present nation’s Central Government. But if Spain is ever ALLOWED to build an airport terminal building with a walkway straight across into Spain for airline passengers, then that would allow them to maintain lengthy border queues as they do today. All they need do is conjure up more tricks like this so-called “strike” by their border Police, where the word “strike” has taken on a whole new meaning – WORK HARDER THAN YOU EVER DID BEFORE, TO FRUSTRATE THOSE WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR WAGES OR WORKING CONDITIONS, INSTEAD OF HONESTLY GOING ON STRIKE AND REFUSING TO DO YOUR JOB, SO YOUR EMPLOYER CAVES IN TO YOUR DEMANDS.

When I first heard about this “strike” originally (without the details of the same), my first thought was ‘oh good, that’ll mean no checks at the border and therefore no queues, until they sort their grievances out’. Silly me. I should have known this “strike” was engineered by agent provocateurs from the word go, in order to serve as the excuse (the weakest and probably the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard) for maintaining lengthy border queues whilst these Tri-partite talks are going on, as is now BLATANTLY OBVIOUS. “Co-operation”? If you believe that, I have a bridge in the Sahara Desert to sell you. As we now know, words have an altogether different meaning for politicians than they do for the public (like the double think/Newspeak * in George Orwell's novel -  '1984'.)   *

From "1984" by George Orwell:- "Double think means the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one's mind simultaneously and accepting both of them. The party intellectual knows in which direction his memories must be altered, therefore he knows that he is playing tricks with reality; but by the exercise of DOUBLE THINK, he also satisfies himself that reality is not violated... NEWSPEAK was the official language ... The purpose of Newspeak was not only to provide a medium of expression for the world-view and mental habits ... but to make all other modes of thought impossible. “Newspeak” is like today’s “political correctness”. And the true definition of “political correctness” is, of course:- what lying politicians consider is correct for us to say. For example, because they LIE practically ALL the time (except on the rare occasions when it is convenient for them to tell the truth), then telling the truth, calling someone a “liar”, is considered “bad form” and “offensive”. Other ways must be found to deliver the point, you see, like, “stretching the truth”, “being economical with the truth”, “not altogether accurate”, etc, etc, etc. Jesus calls these people vipers and hypocrites. Their venom is in their tongues and enters through the ears of their prey. It produces inverted or distorted thinking in those afflicted by the venom (if not halted by large doses of reason, truth & courage), so they doubt what they end up seeing before their very eyes, which; in this case; is called TREASON.

Now, if prospective Gib Airport airline passengers to and from Spain had to cross the frontier to catch flights, then Spain would be forced to ensure the border operates as it SHOULD – without any queues. And if not, then they would face the wrath of the Campo people, IF INDEED the Campo community is in such desperate need of using OUR Airport. Having their cake and eating it by building a terminal on their side will mean that Spanish citizens will be able to make use of OUR Airport without recognising GIBRALTAR’S SOVEREIGNTY. So who exactly is this going to benefit, please? Is this a case of “mutual benefit in PRINCIPLE” (but not effectively)? More on this very revealing topic of “principle” (which is really an example of “double think” and “Newspeak”), later…

Giving an inch will mean them taking a mile, until it is all over bar the shouting and they have the Rock. And remember, they already have the miles. And now they want the inch – Gibraltar. How greedy of Madrid. And how cowardly of Mr. Caruana, to appease the oppressors.

So what is the solution? Perhaps we should claim sovereignty over Spain, seeing as Spain is part of our territorial integrity and has no right to exist? Well, that is the argument they use isn’t it? I don’t think they would be so fond of it, if applied to them, though. It would certainly balance things out if we had a claim on their land, at the same time as they claim ours. Or perhaps we should ask for joint-control of Malaga airport? Ridiculous? Yes, now perhaps, but not with Christ as our King.

But, in any case, not MORE ridiculous than a large nation; with PLENTY of territory to build whatever they wish to build on it; asking a TINY nation to share their scarce resources – like our Airport. And funnel visitors to the Rock away into Spain directly, whilst they are at it. So no-one spends any money here.

No matter what legaleese (fancy lawyer-speak) they employ to CON-vince the people that the Airport Agreement is not about joint-sovereignty over the Airport; joint-sovereignty over the Airport is EFFECTIVELY what it shall be. Until it’s time for Spain to push on some more to get what they are really after and have never made a secret of - FULL SOVEREIGNTY OVER THE ROCK.

The "deal" will always keep changing in the same one-way direction, unless Gibraltar starts pushing back in the opposite direction, and demands that Spain should drop their sovereignty claim, before any talks about co-operation proceed any further. Spain wanted to talk with their sovereignty claim hanging over us like the Sword of Damocles, and Spain got what they wanted.

I say, to hell with appeasement and politicians playing with fire. It's time for the 65% of Gibraltarians who didn't vote for Caruana to stand up for our rights if we want to keep them.

To Mr. Caruana,

I thought the people of Gibraltar said no to joint-sovereignty? Are you doing a Straw-man act on the people of Gibraltar, and ignoring the Referendum? Was our Airport included in the premise to the "no to joint-sovereignty" Referendum, or was it not? Are you employing Fabianist tactics, like Mr. Blair, who is a Fabianist himself, and planning on introducing joint-sovereignty (leading to full Spanish sovereignty) on the Rock, little by little, by small but determined steps (using their doctrine of the inevitability of gradualism ) ?

Are you forgetting that Spain has declared the 2002 Referendum "illegal" and "worthless"?
Do you not think that the real deal is being struck in secret between covetous Madrid and traitorous London, whilst you are only being included so far as you are willing to give what they want you to give – our Airport away, for example?

Why are you betraying Gibraltar? You know what happens to traitors don’t you? But perhaps you fear "Her Majesty" (unlawfully crowned on a fake Coronation Stone and thereby not the monarch in God’s eyes) more than you fear God and the Gibraltarians. Is that it? Well here’s one of them telling you that by sharing OUR airport with Spain you will be guilty of treason. And if you are unable to serve Gibraltar’s TRUE best interests out of fear for your human life and your family’s, or greed, then you ought to step down, and let Someone else take over, Who is not afraid in the least and Who can protect us and our Sovereignty – our and Britain’s true and rightful Sovereign.

Let's tell it like it is shall we? Those of us who aren’t completely blind, know full well that anything you publicly say "against" the British Government, has been approved by the Foreign Office already, with the intent of allowing you to continue to deceptively gain the trust of the people of Gibraltar by pretending you are defending Gibraltar’s interests, until you are in a position where you and a few others can dictatorially decide Gibraltar’s future for the rest of us. Like an Airport Agreement for example? Or the new Constitution perhaps?

If our neighbours in Spain wish to use OUR Airport then by all means let them use it. Let them queue for hours to cross the border, like we have to, and get on a plane at OUR Airport. It’s the only one we’ve got and now you’re going to give them some form of control over it? Having to queue might get them to complain against their government in Madrid.

To the people of Gibraltar ,

Here is Mr. Caruana’s word, which appeared in the Gibraltar Chronicle on the 5th Feb 2002. Please pay particular attention to the bold type:- "Yet the solution would be simple, and in their unwillingness to pursue it lies the test of the FCO’s motives in this matter. Let there be open agenda dialogue on the two flags three voices formula, without any Anglo-Spanish Declaration of Principles. Why is such a Declaration necessary? Let the mere proposals that emerge from that dialogue be put to the people of Gibraltar in Referendum. If rejected, these proposals would die without lingering adverse political consequence for Gibraltar. That would be a genuinely open agenda, viable process of dialogue that truly respects the freely expressed wishes of the people of Gibraltar. To Mr. Caruana ,

So, Peter, can we take you at your word? Did you enter into this dialogue because ultimately there shall be a Referendum where the people of Gibraltar can accept or reject the proposals, including any proposals for an Airport Agreement? As you stated yourself in your letter which appeared in the Gib Chronicle on the 5th February 2002? Or did this exclude the proposals for an Airport Agreement, and if so, why? Is this question too important to be put before the people of Gibraltar through a Referendum, and if so, why? Do you think we are too stupid to decide for ourselves?

Can you confirm that before any implementation of any proposals, including the proposals for the Airport Agreement, you will keep your word and hold a Referendum *? And since you now see an Agreement as close, will you now declare when the Referendum is to be held and begin to publish the full details of the said Agreement, so you can receive important feedback from the Gibraltarians as to whether this is heading in the direction they like, or not?

* Non-computerized and manually counted please, because some of us now know what dirty tricks George Bush’s people got up to through electronic voting.

It would be an awful waste of time; would it not; to have worked so hard on arriving at an airport deal YOU are comfortable with, only for the people of Gibraltar to then reject it, because THEY are not comfortable with it?

I’ve only just now figured out why you employed the word "principle" in the 2002 Referendum question, Mr. Caruana. Which many people found very strange at the time. Here it is again, for everyone to see:- "Do you approve of the principle that Britain and Spain should share sovereignty over Gibraltar?"

I always wondered why you did not phrase it like so:- "Do you approve of Britain and Spain EFFECTIVELY sharing sovereignty over Gibraltar?"

And now the truth is evident. For you can hide any EFFECTIVE sharing of sovereignty from your more deluded followers, by claiming that the PRINCIPLE has not been breached, i.e. the Airport is still Gibraltar's IN PRINCIPLE, just sort of look the other way if you see Spanish authorities in control of part of it and also sharing control over the runway, please...

Any shared control of the Airport is EFFECTIVELY joint-sovereignty over the Airport. But you covered your ass didn’t you? By phrasing it as "principle" instead of "effective"? Playing (lawyer’s weasel-word) tricks on the people of Gibraltar, are we?

I have no doubt you will be able to CON-vince those who do not see through you, with your Saruman-like verbosity. But if you go ahead with this Airport deal and new Constitution over our heads, then you should know that there are patriotic people who will take up arms to protect our territory. If, however, you give the people of Gibraltar a Referendum so they may accept or reject the Airport deal for themselves; and if you also give the people of Gibraltar another Referendum so they may accept or reject the proposed new Constitution; then I will have to accept the people’s choice, whatever fate it may lead Gibraltar into. Even though I myself, will personally not ever be subject to any deals, constitutions, or laws, that I have never voted for, or agreed with. And only by treasonous brute-force will I be overcome, if that be God’s Will. And also God-willing... for a time only.

To the people of Gibraltar ,

Patrick Henry, a very prominent figure in the American Revolution, once declared: "Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"

Amen to that. And when the Constitution of the United States was being signed, Patrick Henry also declared: "I smell a rat". And I too smell a rat, in regards to this secret Airport deal and the proposed new Constitution, which I have not been able to see a copy of, and has been taken down from websites that hosted it.

So now the question is what are YOU going to do about it? Can you tell me if you are worth fighting for at all? Or should I just sit back as I've being doing, allowing you to sink yourselves into a hole from which you will never get out of? Will you demand Referendums on these two extremely important questions and demand that these Tri-partite talks be cancelled until such time as Spain drops her sovereignty claim over the Rock? Or have the men been emasculated beyond repair by this Materialistic-worshipping society? And the "government" become every woman’s real "man"? YOUR future and your children’s and their children’s future is at stake here.

If you are going to accept laws banning private gun-ownership, as you have done for some time now, so that we are all left defenceless, well, then you’d better make sure to stop, and CUT off, any treason at its root. Because once it’s done, it’s done. And once the Spanish army has crossed over and taken possession of the Rock, there will be nothing you can do about it. And you will have no weapons to organise any resistance to the occupation. That's if you are still here in the first place, which is highly doubtful.

And the British; for as long as they are ruled over by the traitor and usurper Elizabeth, under whose false authority people are taken to HER courts and sentenced under HER illegal laws, and the Government administrated by people like P.M. Phoney Bliar and his ilk; will not lift a finger to help us. It will be a "done deal". And besides, they will soon have other things to worry about when World War Three begins in earnest, and they lose it.

There is a plan in existence already, whereby the people of Gibraltar will be removed from the Rock, by force or by deception, or both, with a staged terrorist attack like the ones on 9-11 in New York and on 7-7 in London, orchestrated by the highest levels of American, British and counterfeit-Israeli governments with the help of the CIA, MI5(&6), the Mossad and their unholy "Al Qaida" creation.

Paranoia? Not so. Let the British and Gibraltarian governments declare publicly that the population of the Rock will not be FORCIBLY evacuated in the case of a "terrorist/biological attack". Spain wants the Rock. The Gibraltarians don’t want them to have it. The unLawful Monarchy and Government of Britain wants to give them the Rock. Can you tell me a better way to do it than by staging a phoney terrorist/biological attack, which would "necessitate" the evacuation of all the residents of the Rock? Especially when the people of Gibraltar have already declared they do not want either joint-sovereignty with Spain, or full Spanish-sovereignty? Can you tell me that you sincerely believe that they have ANOTHER option, from their point of view? Can you tell me why the plan for the evacuation of the Rock is called "Rocky Pigeon", i.e. PALOMO? In preparation for this evacuation, do you know whether there are any plans to register all Gibraltarians; even those who have not asked to be; for the purpose of being eligible to receive medical treatment in an E.U. member-state?

If you still believe 19 Arabs with box-cutters did 9-11, 11 of which surfaced alive and well a few weeks later in their home countries, then there is no hope for you emancipating yourself from the slander and lies that permeate this world, spread by mafia organisations called "governments".

And if you believe that four "suicide-bombers", who wrote no final letter for their families and some of whom were valued members of the Leeds community, caught a non-existent (cancelled) 7:40am train from Luton to King’s Cross on the morning of the 7th of July 2005, without being captured on CCTV footage entering any of the trains in question, and then proceeded to blow themselves up without declaring why they were doing it, then it’s time to educate yourself to the truth, before it's too late.

Become wise as serpents as well as innocent as doves. And watch out for companies secretly hiring civilian role-players for simulations of terrorist attacks, on behalf of organisations like the F.B.I. and others. Simulations, drills, etc, four of which were taking place on 9-11 and "suddenly went live", and which had to do with terrorists taking control of airliners and crashing them into buildings. And at least three scenarios being played out on a terror-drill simulation that was taking place on the London Underground on 7/7, one of which ended up being just like the events which took place that day. Ask the innocent Muslim patsies who died that day when they were duped by a security firm connected to spook agencies, into playing the role of "terrorists" for a "terrorist-drill/simulation" on the London Underground, if the money was worth it?

People who believe these wild "Islamic fanatics armed with hairspray bombs and boxcutters fooled all our state-of-the-art security apparatus" conspiracy theories that the Government, Police & Mainstream Media feed us with, are probably also the kind of people who believe that the so-called "bus bomber" mercifully waited until the so-called “witness” Richard Jones and approximately 11 others got off the Route 30 bus; which had been diverted and was nowhere near his destination as he falsely claimed; before detonating a bomb. They are also probably one of those who believe that Jean Charles de Menezes; the Brazilian electrician who saw something he shouldn’t have and was murdered by “Her Majesty’s” Police in order to silence him; was killed by “accident”.

From the book "1984" by George Orwell:- "The rocket bombs which fell daily on London were probably fired by the Government of Oceania itself, 'just to keep people frightened'."

If you are one of these people, you have been taken in by the great deception of the New World Order. You are afraid of facing the ugly truth * that Western governments, including the American & British governments, whose militaries have bases here on the Rock, are killing their own people in physical and psychological false-flag operations, and blaming Arab nations and mass-murdering their people who are rightfully resisting the occupation of their country, in order to protect the counterfeit-Israel State and reap benefits from arms manufacturing, oil and re-construction. And in so doing, have walked into the Middle-East trap that others like the Russians and Chinese have set for them and their people. And the trap is about to be sprung. God, as always, shall use other nations to punish real Israel (U.K. & U.S.A.) for its bad behaviour.

Statues of "Mary", statues of "Jesus", statues of anything are against the second of the Ten Commandments that God gave to Moses, for us, on tablets of stone at Mt. Sinai (Exodus 20:4).

You can then follow this up by obtaining your "swords" (guns in this day and age) that He commanded you to obtain for your self-defence (Luke 22:36). For the day would come when you would need them. "Suffer ye thus far", Christ told Peter when he chopped a Sanhedrin guard's ear off. "Suffer ye THUS FAR".

The Ministry of Dirty Tricks, both Spain’s and Britain’s, will then think twice before staging a terrorist attack here, or sending any troops into a Gibraltar that has a fully-armed population, as God commands us to be.

Take good note of Switzerland and its history – every male HAS TO have at least one gun and ammunition in his house, by Law. And yet know that we are in an even better position than Switzerland, IF we were to arm ourselves. Because this Fortress of Rock is the easiest position to defend in the whole wide world. Even against far superior numbers, as OUR history proves. Is it not insanity to allow ourselves to be disarmed, especially when surrounded by our armed enemies who have been trying to destroy us for 300 years?

And consider why murderous thugs who obey evil Satanists masquerading as Christians, like Tony Blair and George Bush, should be the only ones allowed to have guns? And not the rest of us, to protect ourselves from them? Like Jean Charles de Menezes would have been able to do, with the help of other bystanders, who ended up seeing his murderers killing him and could do nothing about it. There are relatively good cops yes. But they can’t be with you all the time. They can be with the Chief Minister all the time because he’s special; protection that is paid for with YOUR taxes; but with few others.

Now, whether or not something takes place before-hand to effect the evacuation of all the Gibraltarians, there are 144,000 people coming here SOON. Whether YOU like it, or not. Think you can stop this? Go ahead and try. And because there are 144,000 people coming here soon, and because you will not be able to stop them, only join them by doing the right thing, you ought to consider whether any space will be left for those who are not Christ/Shiloh’s true followers, which you, all of you at present, show no signs at all of being. Because if you WERE, you would recognise His voice. And He was here for ten years doing His very best to get through to you all, to warn and help you, so you would not have to suffer the consequences of rejecting Him.

You don’t wish to fight for/with Him? Amen. So be it. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Carry on expecting a Messiah that will come out of the skies and do all the work for you, so you don’t have to. Or carry on believing this is all nonsense. Long have I tortured myself about how to get through to you, knowing full-well you have no real faith and you already do not believe. So I no longer care whether you accept or reject the Truth. The messenger must deliver his messages. Every person is responsible for their own soul. And the real fools shall be exposed on Judgment Day - soon.

Even though you are enemies to me, I shall make an effort to Love you again nevertheless, as commanded by my King, Who has instructed me to write this letter for your sakes and is solely responsible for the Love I bear you, since I see no Love for my King in yourselves, that would inspire me, on its own, to Love you.
