Regarding the comments below.., I agree. Everyone is a product of their environment [first].
Had I been born into a black body in a cannibal tribe in New Guinea..? then surely I would be a product of that cultural environment and, in early development, would no doubt "see" nothing wrong with eating another human. BUT.., there could come a day when I might doubt what I was taught. Then my troubles would begin.
What about we Amerikans? Are we not subject to the same powerful forces of culturalism? Don't we all just really "parrot back" what we have been taught? Do we not function from the "power of suggestion"?
What if you are not who you think you are but only who you were taught to believe you are?
What if the cannibal one day awakened and realized, "I'm not a cannibal"!?! And started telling others in his tribe of his "revelation"? Do you believe he would bring the wrath of the tribe upon himself? Is it possible, that, as a dissenter, he might find himself in the cooking pot for daring to oppose the "norm"?
What if you are NOT a "christian", "jew", "muslim", "buddhist", "confucianist", "taoist", "atheist", "republican", "democrat", "communist", "capitalist", "fascist" or "whatever"?
Is it possible that all these different "belief/cultural/religious/political systems" are INTENTIONALLY meant to keep us all divided and warring with one another?
Have you ever noticed how fervently people will defend their cultural/religious/belief systems? Don't they believe they are right and you are wrong?
What if all of us are and have been wrong? What if every "religion" [or political belief system] on this planet were "dressed in truth" but founded on lies?
What if YOU have been deceived?
If you are still questioning/searching.., there is no doubt you have probably studied long and hard for answers.
Are you one of those who believe most of what you have been taught but feel there is still "something missing"?

Implants for altering ones state of mind are feasible. Technology to alter ones emotional or physical feelings by affecting brain inputs are the stuff of non-lethal weapons being developed for use to break up riots, etc.
It seems that the most effective way to control minds is the strategic use of disinformation and misinformation. Both church and state have improved this into an art form.
I would say that most, if not all, people on this list and nearly all of our society are under the inflluence of mind control per the previous paragraph.
There is a good book out there on mind control by Jim Keith: "Mind Control, World Control". I've read enough of it to recommend it as worth reading.

As with any good ghost story, sci-fi movie, or propaganda, a certain amount of believable content must be included to lure you into the far-fetched regions. If none of it made sense or plausible, you\'d disregard the entire article.
It is, as of yet, impossible to directle \"tap into\" the human brain or sensory system and capture or record \"experiences\" in such a manner that it may be interpreted by another person or re-entered into the neurological networks for a reexperience. In other words, we cannot monitor what a person sees, hears, or feels, nor can we record for later playback into that human (or another.
If this technology exists (as the good \"doctor\" proclaims), then it would serve an invaluable tool in the diagnosis and treatment of psychosis, autism, PTSD, and a host of other psychological disorders. Well, hell, if we could simply look into the mind with electronic equipment, we'd have no need for a jury system, as this would make for the ultimate lie detector.
It's probably very true that the government is studtying the implantation of chips into newborns (that is US citizens) to ID them for life. They have such a system already in place, called Social Security Numbers. Even the tracking of individuals may, at some point in the future, be possible, but out of the millions of people in the US, do you think they are concerned about what you are doing? And if they are concerned that you are a national threat, they can already watch you with great access with curent means (chiefly, secret service agents).
A more likely way of tracking people is the careless or unsuspecting practice of forwarding emails among friends and colleagues or providing yours and/or another persons name and email address in the blanks on webpages :
Be good and be careful, then your things to fear lessen.
Don't make bombs or threaten the president, and the CIA and SS will leave you alone.
They are understaffed, if they worry whether or not you changed your underwear today, then they may miss a spy coming into Washington.
