Fasting - Back To The Future - The Rediscovery of Water-Only Fasting

Although the notion of electing to go without food for prolonged periods of time to improve one's health has not been something commonly considered in recent times, fasting has a long and important history. In fact, fasting played a vitally large part in early human survival. Fortunately, this ancient knowledge is making a dramatic comeback and is beginning to transform the way modern healthcare providers view their responsibilities to patients.

Human beings have the capability to survive extended periods of fasting. This was certainly known in our hunter-gatherer days, since many humans were forced to live through periods when little or no food was available to them. However, since the advent of agriculture and increasing technological advancement, modern humans have largely lost their awareness of this powerful, innate capability.

For example, the 1937 edition of The New Standard Encyclopedia stated that for humans, "Generally death occurs after eight days of deprivation of food." By 1956, this grim pronouncement inched somewhat closer to reality. That year's edition of the American Peoples Encyclopedia stated that survival time in men during water-only fasting ranged from 17 to 76 days.

In actuality, the "authorities" writing in these encyclopedias had no idea what they were talking about—but their conclusions are consistent with what most people might think. However, if we go back in time to earlier writings, we see that more "primitive" cultures were often more aware of the extent of our fasting capability. In the Bible, for example, Moses, David, Jesus, and Elijah were said to have fasted for up to 40 days.

Ten Lies Your Doctor Taught You

Preventive Psychiatry E-Newsletter # 212
www.wynman.com

Lie #1: Prescription drugs will make you healthier.

Truth #1: Prescription drugs only mask symptoms. They do nothing to correct the underlying biochemical causes of disease. Simultaneously, most prescription drugs cause nutritional deficiencies which lead to further progression of chronic disease. See http://www.newstarget.com/001352.html

Lie #2: You should actively treat (with drugs) the swelling of sprains, strains and other injuries.

Truth #2: Swelling is your body's natural strategy for enhancing the flow of blood and nutrients to the injured area. If drugs or hormones are used to prevent swelling, the injured tissues won't heal correctly, greatly increasing the likelihood of repeat injuries to the same area.

The Great Shampoo Scandal

REVERSING SHAMPOO

THE GREAT SHAMPOO SCANDAL

by Makoli

September 6, 1998

Well, a small pebble of reality cracking, yet NOTHING is insignificant in this world of ours where toothpastes that actually damage your teeth are advertised by "beautiful" smiling models with false teeth. Enjoy!

I didn't actually crack the shampoo scam, all I did was write this. But as with any other protected thing, at least somebody knows the truth all along.

panteneThe truth here is that shampoo's bad for your hair. It cleans out dirt, but also the oil that makes your hair shiny and strong. However shampoo's sold as something your hair really needs, and the truth is suppressed.

There are several common sorts of soapy things. They attract oils by electric charge, allowing the oil to be emulsified with the water. For some reason, these cleaners are themselves made from fats. Soap is made from animal or vegetable oil, and detergent is made from mineral oil. Detergents can be made more powerful. Shampoo is detergent, just like dishwashing detergent, bathroom cleaner, and engine block cleaner.

People used to use soap to wash their hair, as well as their dishes, clothes and bathrooms (and horses, before there were engines.) Soap was better suited to washing hair, because it didn't remove so much of the oils that are naturally in hair.

But the water supply slowly changed. It's now generally more alkaline, which people call hard water. When this started happening, soap didn't work so well. The chemicals which make water alkaline make soap stop lathering well, and form insoluble scum (eg. the ring in the bath.) So soap got less and less effective for all its cleaning uses. I guess the water was always pretty alkaline in some places, so soap was never an ideal cleaner. Around the beginning of the twentieth century, household detergents became available. Detergents have no problem with alkaline water, so they were really popular. They soon became cheaper than soap, too.

So that's why people stopped using soap for almost everything, and started using detergents. Detergents are excellent cleaners for most uses.

US scientists push for go-ahead to genetically modify smallpox virus

King of kings' Bible - Enoch 68:14 Since they (men) were only created, so that, like the angels of heaven, they might remain righteous and pure.
68:15 Then death, which destroys every thing, would not have affected them;
68:16 But by this, THEIR KNOWLEDGE (science - 1 Tim. 5:20), THEY PERISH, and by this also its power consumes them. http://i.am/jah/kofkad.htm

There was an earlier article this week that also discussed the US dinking around with modifying the Avian Bird Flu to make it able to attack humans. I can't believe what we are accepting these days.

It will be a miracle if the rest of world doesn't declare war on us for what we are doing in the field of microbiology weapons of mass destruction. Don't forget the dead scientists that now number over 37 or more since 9-11. Do we see any of this in the national press??? God forbid, no! They are useless. Don't waste your money buying papers here in this country. After the Newsweek fiasco and their cowardly response, we will never see real news here again. Go to the European papers if you want to know what is really going on in this country. No wonder we scare the pants off of everyone just like Hitler did. Can you feel it? Time is running out.http://i.am/jah/signs.htm

US scientists push for go-ahead to genetically modify smallpox virus

US scientists are awaiting World Health Assembly approval to begin experiments to genetically modify the smallpox virus, one of the most lethal organisms the planet has known.

Researchers have already been given the go-ahead by a technical committee of the World Health Organisation, which accepts the argument that the research could bring new vaccines and treatments for smallpox closer. This week the debate will pass for a final decision to the floor of the full assembly of the WHO, whose representatives from 192 member states begin a 10-day annual meeting in Geneva today.

Debate over a leaching chemical heats up

By Elizabeth Weise, USA TODAY 4/14/2005

http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2005-04-14-leaching-chemical_x.htm

Is it possible that a chemical's effect is in the eye of the beholder?

That's the implication of a paper published this week in a prominent environmental health journal. http://i.am/jah/environ.htm

It concerns a debate over the safety of low doses of a chemical used to make hard, clear plastics such as those found in baby bottles, food-storage containers and the lining of soda cans.

Avian Flu, On the Verge of an Epidemic

Avian Flu, On the Verge of an Epidemic

MAG: Avian Flu, On the Verge of an Epidemic Sun Feb 20 2005 11:30:41 ET

The vicious avian flu that has killed dozens of people in Vietnam, Thailand, and elsewhere in the region "has caused the deaths of hundreds of millions of animals in nearly a dozen Asian countries" in the past two years and could kill millions of people if it becomes capable of spreading efficiently among humans, Michael Specter reports in "Nature's Bioterrorist" (p. 50), in the February 28, 2005, issue of The New Yorker. http://i.am/jah/blescur.htm

"No such virus has ever spread so quickly over such a wide geographical area," Specter notes, and, unlike most viruses, "this one has already affected a more diverse group than any other type of flu, and it has killed many animals previously thought to be resistant." One farmer whose chickens were killed by the virus says, "It's damn hard to watch. One day, they're all alive and healthy - the vets were here the week before to check them - and the next day they're dying by the thousand. It happened so quickly. They started shivering, thousands of them at once. And then they started to fall. Every one of them. They just fell over, dead." Scott Dowell, the director of the Centers for Disease Control's Thailand office, tells Specter, "The world just has no idea what it's going to see if this thing comes. When, really. It's when. I don't think we can afford the luxury of the word 'if' anymore.... The clock is ticking. We just don't know what time it is." http://i.am/jah/signs.htm

Chemtrails And Vaccines - What You Didn't Know About Vaccines And Human Animal Husbandry

In 1946, future pharmaceutical czar George Merck reported to the US Secretary of War, that he'd managed to weaponise the toxin extracted from the Brucella bacterium and to isolate it into an indestructible crystalline form using only the DNA particles.

Aerial spraying of the crystals via chemtrails was deployed on Chinese and Korean populations during the Korean War. Many veterans of the war later developed Multiple Sclerosis. The army recognized that the MS was Brucella-related and paid the veterans compensation. Although the Brucella micoplasma can lay dormant for decades, it can be triggered by vaccines. Vaccines have been mandatory in the US military since 1911.

Cancer Masons: A Cult of Death

Cancer Masons: A Cult of Death

Tom Valentine – TomValentine. com

There is an absolute monopoly when it comes to the approved treatments for cancer in the United States, and also in much of the world. This monopoly has prevented better, more effective, more scientific and far more humane treatments from being accepted by the cancer establishment.

The truth is, millions have suffered at the hands of their orthodox physicians needlessly. Why? I say the devil made them do it. You are laughing, but hear me out. I say the cancer industry is absolute evil. The reason I chose modern cancer research history to illustrate evil is because the examples are so very clear. To deliberately add to the misery of sick people, as the institutions have done during the past century, requires human operatives with a sense of evil beyond the mere self-serving desires lurking within us all.

I say this historic example requires a general aura of evil of a satanic nature that has continued down through time in an institutional form. This history of cancer research illustrates organized institutional evil that can only be a carry-over from the earliest times in man's history when these institutions were under the direct, unchecked influence and direction of Satan himself. I refer to this institutional evil as simply "Masonic."

Top 20 Food Additives to Avoid

Chemicals are purposely added to food to change its color, preserve it, prevent rancidity, keep fats emulsified, and foods stable. Most of the chemicals are synthetic compounds, some with known negative health effects. But more importantly, we don't really know what the long-term consequences of consuming such large amounts of additives are. It is therefore best to avoid all additives, with a few
