When I read this, I was stunned on two levels.
First, read that again. The CIA was going to do BEFORE 9/11 exactly what it did AFTER 9/11 - strike at al Qaeda in Afghanistan. Since we hadn't been attacked yet, 9/11 provided a nifty justification for this plan.

I remember John Perkins. He was a real jerk. A gold-plated, super-slick lying little butthole shill for corporate gangsters; a snake-oil salesman with a movie-star grin, shiny loafers, a crooked calculator and a tooled leather briefcase full ofSeabrook Protestors high-blown bullshit.

Usually, I’m not a huge fan of mainstream US movies. The CNN article[1] is entitled “American al Qaeda: U.S. should convert to Islam,” and if that wasn’t scary enough the article then quotes one of the speakers on the alleged “Al Qaeda” tape, a [socalled] Jew named Adam Pearlman, “We invite all Americans and believers to Islam, whatever their role and status in Bush and Blair's world order…Decide today, because today could be your last day.” The article then quotes an alleged “expert,” on Al Qaeda and terrorism, a woman named Laura Mansfield, who says, “the time reference could indicate an attack is near. Muslims believe that non-believers should be given a chance to convert before they are attacked.” Booga booga!
What the CNN article never mentions is that Adam Gadhn, or “Azzam the American,” as the media likes to refer to him, is in reality a Jew from California named Adam Pearlman. I’m not kidding reader, I’m as serious as a heart attack, Azzam the American is a Jew. CNN isn’t the only negligent news agency, not a single one of the television networks have mentioned Gadahn’s/Pearlman’s pedigree, not one. Hemp fibers and oil were utilized during WWII for rope-moorings, parachutes and lubrication. Why not use hemp gasoline NOW when we are at another critical point in time? Why does hemp technology remain clandestine?
Why is there a war in the Middle East over oil? Do you really think it’s a coincidence that George Bush is an oilman and remains steadfast against bringing our troops home? Email replies to the original article mainly asked WHY? Why don’t the authorities appreciate the profits to be made from hemp products? Money rules the world, so why don’t the industrialists make it legal? Tax hemp, regulate it, make it legal not for altruistic purposes but for their own high profits! There are no easy answers. Generally, my reply to these readers scratching their befuddled heads was ‘secret societies.’ We are not educated on how the world really functions. We grow up watching movies and television where the good guys always win. We are trained to think that our government is good and out for the benefit of all. Of course Ceausescu was not the Antichrist. His opposition to Christ and His gospel was much too obvious. Though it may mean "against," in Greek the prefix anti also means "a substitute for" or "in the place of." This is, in fact, the way in which the Bible presents the Antichrist. Rather than rejecting Christ, he will pretend to be Christ and thus will pervert rather than openly oppose Christianity. He will be a "false Christ" (Mt 24:24, etc.), offering a "Counterfeit" a false and "positive" Christianity acceptable to all.
Q: Now the question is, who is using Icke? and better question... Why?
