Jesus states in the Book of Matthew chapter five verses 33-37 the
following;
Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of
old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the
Lord thine oaths:

But I say unto you,
Swear not at all;
neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:
Nor by the earth;
for it is his footstool:
neither by Jerusalem;
for it is the city of the great King.
Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.
But let your communication be, Yea, yea; nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
In other words, always tell the truth. Let every word you speak always
be the truth, because every lie comes from Satan the inventor of lies.
When you lie you are serving him and allowing him to speak through you
and control your mind and speech.

Jesus has instructed us to never swear out an Oath, but to always tell
the truth, which is in complete contradiction to the Constitution.

Before you testify in court, they make you swear an Oath on the Bible,
when the Bible clearly states never to do so.

The Most commonly used Oath is:
Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth,
So help you God?

When you do so, you are signifying that you tell lies at other times,
and break the Commandment not to do so. You are also thereby offending
Christ. Every time you lie God will punish you for breaking His Commandment
not to do so and if everyone was made aware of that fact there would be
no need to swear any "oath".

Now the Constitution states in Article five, section three:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of
the several State Legislators, and all executive and judicial Officers,
both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by
Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test
shall ever be required as Qualification to any Office or public trust
under the United States.
Religion - "bonded obligation to God" and to obeying Him and
His Laws. How can a man who is not bonded to God and to obeying God be
depended on to keep his word and not be corrupt? He cannot ever be trusted.

Now, in the Constitution, there are THREE TYPES of law, which are Admiralty-Maritime,
Common Law, and Equity.
There is no mention of Natural Law, Moral Law or Reveled (revealed by
Revelation from God) Law which are the Laws of God and the Courts admit
it as follows:
Natural law, or the law of nature is the rule of human action prescribed by the Creator, and discoverable by the light of reason.
Those fit and just rules of conduct which the Creator has prescribed
to man as a dependent being, and which are to be ascertained from the
deductions of right reason, although they may be more precisely known

A natural law is defined by Burlamqui to be "A rule which so necessarily
agrees with the nature and state of man, that without observing its maxims,
the peace and happiness of society can never be preserved."

Moral law. the eternal and indestructible sense of justice and of right
written by God himself on the living tablets of the human heart and revealed

Reveled Law is the law of nature imparted by God himself. Anderson L.

The Natural, Moral and Reveled Laws are repugnant to the Constitution,
the Constitution only recognizes Admiralty-Maritime, Common and equity
jurisdictions.
A law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void. Marbury v. Madison

All of God's Laws have been declared null and void by the enacting of
the Constitution.
This is why we now only have "Mala Prohibita" crimes and not
"Mala in Se."

Because, the government (men who pretend to be God) now define what is
right and wrong.

They, like the Pharisees, have usurped the law-making power.
King of kings' Bible - Matthew
23:1 Then spoke Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,
23:2 Saying, The lawyers and the politicians sit in Moses' Law seat:
23:3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe of God's Law, [that]
observe and do; but do not ye after their example: for they say, and do
not (and make up their own laws against God's Orders - Deut. 4:2).
23:4 For they bind heavy burdens (the Talmud) and grievous to be borne,
and lay [them] on men's shoulders; but they [themselves] will not lift
one of their fingers to remove them.
23:5 But all their works they do for to be seen by men: they make broad
their phylacteries (small leather box containing Old Covenant- Testament
texts, worn to remind them to keep The Law [God's Law]), and enlarge the
borders of their garments,

Man does not have the authority to make laws.
Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not ADD unto the word which
I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may
keep the Commandments of the "I AM" your God which I COMMAND
you.

The men who drafted the Constitution were clearly attempting to suppress
God's Law and install their Military Government to rule the people.

The Constitution and all of the Statutes, Codes and Regulations are "color
of law." - it is not possible to be a follower of Christ and at the
same time support the CON-stitution of the United States.
Jesus states in Matthew chapter six verse twenty-four as follows:
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love
the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.
Ye cannot serve God and Mammon.

It is materialism and that includes human law enacted by material beings.
That includes Civil Law such as Admiralty-Maritime, Common and Equity
in other
words -
the CON-stitution of the United States.
