Russian and Chinese military doctrines rely on willingness to sacrifice millions of their own citizens, for the sake of victory. Their generals obviously have to consider the possibility of war with the Western nations. Russia and China have to work with the understanding of their specific conditions, and their conditions dictate that a victory means using nuclear weapons, since using only conventional weapons is unlikely to result in a quick and decisive victory. The overall propensity of Eastern weapons' systems to use fewer electronics; the high probability of using nuclear weapons on the tactical level; and the fielding of direct-energy weapons; give Eastern militaries an advantage over the Western nations. Russian military doctrine is very explicit about using nuclear weapons. Russian weapons' systems (which are typically copied by China) are designed for nuclear war, which means relying as little as possible on electronics, because of the EMP-effect of nuclear weapons. Western weapons' and logistics' systems have become increasingly dependent on electronics, since the end of the Cold War, making them more vulnerable to nuclear and direct-energy weapons. Russia is also actively fielding weapons designed to specifically target electronics, like those used to disable the USS Donald Cook. The military advantage afforded to Russia and China by using nuclear weapons; combined with the fact that these nations have already decided the human costs of such a war to be acceptable; mean that the risk of nuclear confrontation, in response to Western aggression, is increasing.

Dutch tapping room not kosher
by Paul Wouters, Patrick Smits
According to anonymous sources
within the Dutch intelligence community, all tapping equipment of
the Dutch intelligence services and half the tapping equipment of
the national police force, is insecure and is leaking information to
Israel. How difficult is it to make a back-door in the Dutch
Transport of Intercepted IP Traffic[1]
system?
The discussion focusses on the tapping installations for
telephony and internet delivered to the government in the last few
years by the Israeli company Verint[2].
This company was called Comverse-Infosys[3] until half a year ago, but
was quickly renamed when the FBI started several investigations
against it and arrested some of its employees in the US on suspicion
of espionage. (See pulled
FoxNews stories, Politech, Cryptome or Google).
.........It turns out that Israel has had a potential wiretap on every phone in America for years, along with the ability to monitor and record who any person is calling, anywhere in America; information of great value even if one does not listen to the calls themselves. Amdocs, Inc., the company which subcontracts billing and directory services for phone companies around the world, including 90 percent of American phone companies, is owned by Israeli interests. Yet another company, Comverse Infosys, is suspected of having built a “back door” into the equipment permanently installed into the phone system that allows instant eavesdropping by law enforcement agencies on any phone in America. This includes yours.....
(IsraelNN.com) Verint Systems, a subsidiary of Israel's Comverse Technology announced that Metronet Rail has selected Verint's networked video solution to enhance security of the London Underground, according to an Israel21c report...........
"It's really hard to describe this video with words. It features assaulting visuals, with facts and combined information that you will find in no other documentary, laid over an music score that you wont soon forget. With the intense audio/visuals and loads of information you may need to watch this several times to absorb the many things you've probably never heard of. The information contained in this video applies to all Americans and humans alike, regards of beleifs or affiliations. This is as unbiased as it gets".
"From influencing public opinion through new media to designing 'computer network attack' weapons, the US military is learning to fight an electronic war. 'Strategy should be based on the premise that the Department [of Defense] will 'fight the net' as it would an enemy weapons system.' The document recommends that the United States should seek the ability to 'provide maximum control of the entire electromagnetic spectrum'. US forces should be able to 'disrupt or destroy the full spectrum of globally emerging communications systems, sensors, and weapons systems'."
A dedication in 2120 might say: Dedicated to the memory of the Iraqi people. Many people believe Iraq was the birthplace of civilization some 5,000 years ago. Iraq was destroyed and radioactively contaminated in an early 21st Century Oil War by a fascist world power, now extinguished.
Dedication to the Iraqi People in 2005: Iraq is uninhabitable. The wars in Central Asia all were nuclear wars fought with radiation-dispersing American weapons.
None of the Bushista NeoCons running this miserable genocide in Central Asia care one whit. In fact, it is what they ordered from the US military's list of services. Mostly, the remaining 300 million "good Americans" do not care, do not know and do not want to know.

The media couldn’t have made a bigger pig’s ear of the white phosphorus story. So before moving on to the new revelations from Falluja, I would like to try to clear up the old ones.
There is no hard evidence that white phosphorus was used against civilians. The claim was made in a documentary broadcast on the Italian network RAI, called "Fallujah: the Hidden Massacre". It claimed the corpses in the pictures it ran "showed strange injuries, some burnt to the bone, others with skin hanging from their flesh … The faces have literally melted away, just like other parts of the body. The clothes are strangely intact." These assertions were supported by a human rights advocate whom, it said, possessed "a biology degree".(1)
I too possess a biology degree, and I am as well-qualified to determine someone’s cause of death as I am to perform open-heart surgery. So I asked Chris Milroy, professor of forensic pathology at the University of Sheffield, to watch the film. He reported that "nothing indicates to me that the bodies have been burnt." They had turned black and lost their skin "through decomposition". We don’t yet know how these people died.
But there is hard evidence that white phosphorus was deployed as a weapon against combatants in Falluja. As this column revealed last Tuesday, US infantry officers confessed that they had used it to flush out insurgents. On Tuesday afternoon, a Pentagon spokesman admitted to the BBC that white phosphorus "was used as an incendiary weapon against enemy combatants."(2) He went on to claim that "It is not a chemical weapon. They are not outlawed or illegal." This denial was accepted by almost all the mainstream media. UN conventions, the Times asserted, "ban its use on civilian but not military targets."(3) But the word "civilian" does not occur in the Chemical Weapons Convention. The use of the toxic properties of a chemical as a weapon is illegal, whoever the target is.
In Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, Robert Pirsig tells
the story of a South American Indian tribe that has devised an
ingenious monkey trap. The Indians cut off the small end of a coconut
and stuff it with sweetmeats and rice. They tether the other end to a
stake and place it in a clearing.
Soon, a monkey smells the treats inside and comes to see what it is.
It can just barely get its hand into the coconut but, stuffed with
booty, it cannot pull the hand back out. The Indians easily walk up to
the monkey and capture it. Even as the Indians approach, the monkey
screams in horror, not only in fear of its captors, but equally as
much, one imagines, in recognition of the tragedy of its own lethal but
still unalterable greed.
Pirsig uses the story to illustrate the problem of value rigidity.
The monkey cannot properly evaluate the relative worth of a handful of
food compared to its life. It chooses wrongly, catastrophically so,
dooming itself by its own short-term fixation on a relatively paltry
pleasure.
Air Force pursuing antimatter weapons
Program was touted publicly, then came official gag order
- Keay Davidson, Chronicle Science Writer

The U.S. Air Force is quietly spending millions of dollars investigating ways to use a radical power source -- antimatter, the eerie "mirror" of ordinary matter -- in future weapons.
The most powerful potential energy source presently thought to be available to humanity, antimatter is a term normally heard in science-fiction films and TV shows, whose heroes fly "antimatter-powered spaceships" and do battle with "antimatter guns."

An Air Force report is giving what analysts call the most detailed picture since the end of the Cold War of the Pentagon's efforts to turn outer space into a battlefield.
For years, the American military has spoken in hints and whispers, if at all, about its plans to develop weapons in space. But the U.S. Air Force Transformation Flight Plan (PDF) changes all that. Released in November, the report makes U.S.
When reviewing the material please keep an open mindset but cross-check the details, as inaccuracies may not just exist but are sometimes quite obvious.
