Thanks for this interesting post.
I don't eat the stuff myself. However the success of the commercilization of this stuff in health food stores, coops and supermarkets makes me wonder when or IF the gravy train is going to stop!
How far does the health of Americans have to fall before we question the stuff we put in our mouths instead of blindly follow whatever propaganda is thrown our way?
I hope not too much further. We're already pretty sick now.
