I read with disbelief that a district attorney and his black robed friends prosecuted an 8-year-old boy. He was charged with felony assault and send to a rehabilitation program as a sex offender for fondling classmates. The child should have been taught the difference between right and wrong, not prosecuted as a sex offender. The child will be a sex offender for the rest of his life. This is pure evil disguised as law.

Children are taught in public schools that homosexuality is another form of love. They see nothing but trash, Satanism and violence on TV including cartoons, and then they get persecuted by the law as sex offenders.

Government says you can't force religion and morals on your children. Parents are afraid to discipline them for fear of arrest. Politicians protect pornography as freedom of speech, then prosecute little children for their slightest mistakes. And cops, who sell their soul for a paycheck, protect this whole rotten, stinking system. Church-attending state Representatives are not willing to undo insane laws to protect children.

Measures to fight global warming will have to be at least four times stronger than the Kyoto Protocol if they are to avoid the melting of the polar ice caps, inundating central London and many of the world's biggest cities, concludes a new official report.

The report, by a German government body, says that even if it is fully implemented, the protocol will only have a "marginal attenuating effect" on the climate change. But last week even this was thrown into doubt amid contradictory signals from the Russian government as to whether it will allow the treaty to come into effect.

December 6, 2003—Suppose you were a detective assigned to investigate a rather brutal murder, one in which the victim had been tortured for several days prior to being killed.

At the scene of the crime you get what appears to be a lucky break—the suspect's wallet seems to have been 'carelessly' dropped. It contains his name, address, and phone number, and is someone you recognize as having connections to an organized crime family.

Problem is, you also find your name and address in there, as well as those of your children, grandchildren, and all of your nieces and nephews.

The message is quite clear, and your priorities dictate. You pocket the wallet, and any other evidence you happen upon, and the crime goes unsolved.

Now suppose you were a congressman assigned to investigate the 911 terrorist attacks. As you begin, it becomes apparent that certain members of the US government had conspired to allow the attacks to occur. In fact, it's just lying there, slightly below the surface, right out in the open. You immediately realize you're dealing with the kind of people who would—at the very least, and simply to further a political agenda—look the other way while 3,000 civilians were murdered.

And if that wasn't troubling enough, you then get a 'friendly' visit from someone you've never met before, inquiring into how well your daughter is doing at that overseas university in Dorm Room 305, and if your nephew made it into that prestigious preschool at 735 S. 4th Street in Atlanta.

You might even get a little note in the mail—laced with a powdery substance—just to help you sort things out in your head.

The message is quite clear, and your priorities dictate. When the "investigation" is complete, no governmental complicity in the crime is revealed.

Yet, with this same Corporate America's continuous downsizing, off-shoring, and Wal-Martization of our middle-class jobs, most Americans find themselves a little short this holiday season. While these Ho-Ho-Hoers want you to buy stuff from them - they have no interest in returning favor by manufacturing any of their stuff here in the US to provide some good-paying, middle-class, manufacturing jobs for our people.

Take Christmas stuff. Santa's workshop is not up at the North Pole filled with cheerful elves, and it certainly isn't in America's depleted industrial areas. Santa's workshop has moved to China. Hundreds of thousands of impoverished, poorly-paid migrants from China's vast rural areas are squeezed into thousands of unregulated, hellish sweatshops to produce Merry Christmas commercialism for us.

For example, three-fourths of the artificial Christmas trees sold in America are from these very un-merry factories. About the same percentage of ornaments, lights, and wreaths in our homes also come from there. Seventy-one percent of the toys sold in the U.S. are from there as well. The clothing, computers, cameras, and other gifts you'll buy - mostly Made in China.

Think you're already amazed, alarmed or appalled enough by the state of US journalism today? Chew on this a while and think again.

Grieving New Hampshire widow who lost her man on 9/11 refuses the government's million dollar hush money payoff, studies the facts of the day for nearly two years, and comes to believe the White House "intentionally allowed 9/11 to happen" to launch a so-called "War on Terrorism" for personal and political gain.

She retains a prominent lawyer, a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, who served with distinction under both Democrats and Republicans and was once a strong candidate for the governor's seat.

The attorney files a 62-page complaint in federal district court (including 40 pages of prima facie evidence) charging that "President Bush and officials including, but not limited to Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Ashcroft and Tenet":

1.) had adequate foreknowledge of 911 yet failed to warn the county or attempt to prevent it;

2.) have since been covering up the truth of that day;

3.) have therefore abetted the murder of plaintiff's husband and violated the Constitution and multiple laws of the United States; and

4.) are thus being sued under the Civil RICO (Racketeering, Influence, and Corrupt Organization) Act for malfeasant conspiracy, obstruction of justice and wrongful death.

The suit text goes on to document the detailed forewarnings from foreign governments and FBI agents; the unprecedented delinquency of our air defense; the inexplicable half hour dawdle of our Commander in Chief at a primary school after hearing the nation was under deadly attack; the incessant invocation of national security and executive privilege to suppress the facts; and the obstruction of all subsequent efforts to investigate the disaster. It concludes that "compelling evidence will be presented in this case through discovery, subpoena power, and testimony [that] Defendants failed to act and prevent 9/11 knowing the attacks would lead to an 'International War on Terror' which would benefit Defendants both financially and politically."

Press releases detailing these explosive allegations are sent out to 3000 journalists in the print and broadcast media, and a press conference to announce the filing is held in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia on November 26th (commemorating the end of the first futile year of the independent National 9/11 Commission).

Imagine the world-churning implications of these charges. Imagine the furor if just one was proved true. Imagine the courage of this bribe-shunning widow and an eminent attorney with his rep on the line. Then imagine a press conference to which nobody came.

(Well, more precisely, imagine a press conference at which only FOX News appears, tapes for 40 minutes, and never airs an inch.)

'Al-Qaeda bombing foiled' says the front page of today's UK Sun, reporting the arrest yesterday of 24-year-old student Sajid Badat in Gloucester, England, on suspicion of involvement in terrorist activity. Other reports have referred to Badat as 'having links with al-Qaeda' and being a potential 'suicide bomber' (1).

Also this week, media reports claim that al-Qaeda may have developed 'car-bomb capability' in the USA, and that al-Qaeda has compiled a 'kidnappers' manual' and is plotting to snatch American troops from Iraq and other parts of the Middle East. Every day since the 9/11 attacks of 2001 there have been media reports about al-Qaeda - its leaders, members, capabilities, bank accounts, reach and threat. What is this al-Qaeda? Does such a group even exist?

Some terrorism experts doubt it. Adam Dolnik and Kimberly McCloud reckon it's time we 'defused the widespread image of al-Qaeda as a ubiquitous, super-organised terror network and call it as it is: a loose collection of groups and individuals that doesn't even refer to itself as al-Qaeda'. Dolnik and McCloud - who first started studying terrorism at the prestigious Monterey Institute of International Studies in California - claim it was Western officials who imposed the name 'al-Qaeda' on to disparate radical Islamic groups and who blew Osama bin Laden's power and reach 'out of proportion'. Both are concerned about the threat of terror, but argue that we should 'debunk the myth of al-Qaeda' (2)...

...The analogy between cars and operating systems is not half bad, and so let me run with it for a moment, as a way of giving an executive summary of our situation today.

Imagine a crossroads where four competing auto dealerships are situated. One of them (Microsoft) is much, much bigger than the others. It started out years ago selling three-speed bicycles (MS-DOS); these were not perfect, but they worked, and when they broke you could easily fix them.

There was a competing bicycle dealership next door (Apple) that one day began selling motorized vehicles--expensive but attractively styled cars with their innards hermetically sealed, so that how they worked was something of a mystery.

The big dealership responded by rushing a moped upgrade kit (the original Windows) onto the market. This was a Rube Goldberg contraption that, when bolted onto a three-speed bicycle, enabled it to keep up, just barely, with Apple-cars. The users had to wear goggles and were always picking bugs out of their teeth while Apple owners sped along in hermetically sealed comfort, sneering out the windows. But the Micro-mopeds were cheap, and easy to fix compared with the Apple-cars, and their market share waxed.

Eventually the big dealership came out with a full-fledged car: a colossal station wagon (Windows 95). It had all the aesthetic appeal of a Soviet worker housing block, it leaked oil and blew gaskets, and it was an enormous success. A little later, they also came out with a hulking off-road vehicle intended for industrial users (Windows NT) which was no more beautiful than the station wagon, and only a little more reliable.

Since then there has been a lot of noise and shouting, but little has changed. The smaller dealership continues to sell sleek Euro-styled sedans and to spend a lot of money on advertising campaigns. They have had GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! signs taped up in their windows for so long that they have gotten all yellow and curly. The big one keeps making bigger and bigger station wagons and ORVs.

On the other side of the road are two competitors that have come along more recently.

One of them (Be, Inc.) is selling fully operational Batmobiles (the BeOS). They are more beautiful and stylish even than the Euro-sedans, better designed, more technologically advanced, and at least as reliable as anything else on the market--and yet cheaper than the others.

With one exception, that is: Linux, which is right next door, and which is not a business at all. It's a bunch of RVs, yurts, tepees, and geodesic domes set up in a field and organized by consensus. The people who live there are making tanks. These are not old-fashioned, cast-iron Soviet tanks; these are more like the M1 tanks of the U.S. Army, made of space-age materials and jammed with sophisticated technology from one end to the other. But they are better than Army tanks. They've been modified in such a way that they never, ever break down, are light and maneuverable enough to use on ordinary streets, and use no more fuel than a subcompact car. These tanks are being cranked out, on the spot, at a terrific pace, and a vast number of them are lined up along the edge of the road with keys in the ignition. Anyone who wants can simply climb into one and drive it away for free.

Customers come to this crossroads in throngs, day and night. Ninety percent of them go straight to the biggest dealership and buy station wagons or off-road vehicles. They do not even look at the other dealerships.

Of the remaining ten percent, most go and buy a sleek Euro-sedan, pausing only to turn up their noses at the philistines going to buy the station wagons and ORVs. If they even notice the people on the opposite side of the road, selling the cheaper, technically superior vehicles, these customers deride them cranks and half-wits.

The Batmobile outlet sells a few vehicles to the occasional car nut who wants a second vehicle to go with his station wagon, but seems to accept, at least for now, that it's a fringe player.

The group giving away the free tanks only stays alive because it is staffed by volunteers, who are lined up at the edge of the street with bullhorns, trying to draw customers' attention to this incredible situation. A typical conversation goes something like this:

Hacker with bullhorn: "Save your money! Accept one of our free tanks! It is invulnerable, and can drive across rocks and swamps at ninety miles an hour while getting a hundred miles to the gallon!"

Prospective station wagon buyer: "I know what you say is true...but...er...I don't know how to maintain a tank!"

Bullhorn: "You don't know how to maintain a station wagon either!"

Buyer: "But this dealership has mechanics on staff. If something goes wrong with my station wagon, I can take a day off work, bring it here, and pay them to work on it while I sit in the waiting room for hours, listening to elevator music."

Bullhorn: "But if you accept one of our free tanks we will send volunteers to your house to fix it for free while you sleep!"

Buyer: "Stay away from my house, you freak!"

Bullhorn: "But..."

Buyer: "Can't you see that everyone is buying station wagons?".....

New Haven, Vinland -- A mid-15th century map showing Norse settlement in the United States prior to Columbus has been authenticated by a new study on its ink, CNN today reported. Whites from Europe established colonies in North America starting in the 9th and 10th centuries, and those colonies, in addition to colonies in Greenland, survived into the mid-15th century, when they were destroyed by a combination of changing climate, changing navigability of the seas, and attacks by skraelings -- the Norse word for the eskimo and other "native" people of the North America.

The study, which shows that the ink on the map is consistent with the types of inks used in the Middle Ages, also dated the ink and paper to the 1440s -- approximately 50 years befopre Columbus set sail.

The story of the colonization of North America is found in the Eddas -- ancient Norse stories containing the mystical history of the people of Norway, Denmark, Sweden and their colonies Iceland and Vinland.

The confirmation comes upon other confirmations of white presence in North America prior to 1492, particularly the discovery of rune stones and other nordic artifacts in areas such as Minnesota.

Other evidence of white settlement of the Americas as early as 3000 BC has been sytematically destroyed by the US government under pressure from "Native" Americans, who view the claim of white settlement in North America prior to 1492 as a direct threat to their claim of privileged status.

Dear Jeff,

Since Israel went to 'help' Turkey in solving the Istanbul bombing, the story seem to be turning upside down and all vital data seem to be 'forgotten'. I am enclosing an article from Israel:

1. We are expected to believe that ONLY 3 people did it.

2. Haaretz forgot that a brother of a cousin is a cousin too.

3. We are expected to believe that even thought the two bombers could walk away. they preferred to die in the vans , probably because they were too tired to fight the Zionists :-)

4. We are expected to forget that ALL initial reports indicated that the vans were parked.

5. We are expected to forget that all initial reports clearly said that the drivers were observed by local people walking away from the van.

6. We are not allowed to ask who put the bodies inside the vans before exploding them.

7. As usual, we are told that there is a link to Afghanistan even though this country has been already evaporated.

8. As usual 'they' 'found' a 'link' to Syria to justify attacking Syria soon.

8 Again we are expected to believe that al-Qaeda exist, based on 'intelligence' reports.

9. We are expected to believe that the 'suicide' bombers whom we were told repeatedly produced VERY sophisticated bombs, decided to use their own vans so that the rest of their family could be implicated and arrested.

10. We are expected to believe that the Turkish government, which until now insisted that there is clearly another government behind this bombing, changed its opinion this morning after getting 'help' from Israel, and decided that only one family is involved.

Editor's Note: The release of a confidential FBI memo detailing FBI surveillance of antiwar protesters shows that the FBI is once again in position to quell dissent and disrupt political organizing.

When Attorney General John Ashcroft dumped the old 1970s guidelines that banned FBI spying on domestic organizations last year, he also publicly pledged that the FBI would not be back in the spy business. But a recently released memorandum sent by FBI officials to local police departments is proof that FBI agents, if not back in the spy business, are inching up on it.

The memo, written before last October's anti-Iraq war protests, urged police to keep close tabs on protesters. FBI officials claim that their aim isn't to harass or intimidate protesters or chill political dissent, but simply to ferret out violence-prone radicals.

But that's what FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover claimed four decades ago. During the 1960s, Hoover kicked into high gear a super-secret and blatantly illegal counter-intelligence program called COINTELPRO, which targeted Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and other black and anti-war protest leaders as well as thousands of innocent Americans. The mandate of the program was spelled out in one of the stacks of secret documents released by Senate investigators in 1976: to "disrupt, misdirect, discredit, and neutralize" groups and individuals the FBI considered politically objectionable. Those targeted in nearly all cases were not foreign spies, terrorists or individuals suspected of criminal acts.

No Basis for Peace

In his memoirs of his years in the White House, former President Jimmy Carter wrote that there could have been peace between the Arabs and the Israelis had it not been for the bigoted, Nazi-like racial views of Israeli's Prime Minister Menachem Begin.

Begin, Carter recalled, believed the Jews were a Master Race, a holy people superior to Egyptians and Arabs. Begin also believed that God wanted the Jews to own the land, so there was absolutely no basis for peace. The Jews lusted after the land and intended to have it. Period.

Jews a Totally Different Species?

Rabbi Mendel Schneerson, the late Jewish Lubavitcher and friend of the senior George Bush, also believed the Jews are a superior Master Race. Many Jews today agree with the late Rabbi. Some even believe that Schneerson will himself someday be resurrected and return as the Jewish World Messiah. Schneerson once explained his theory of Jewish racial superiority this way. He said, "We have a case of the Jew...a totally different species."

"The body of a Jewish person," Schneerson bragged, "is of a totally different quality from the body of members of all other nations of the world. Bodies of the Gentiles are in vain. An even greater difference is in regard to the soul...A non-Jewish soul comes from three satanic spheres, while the Jewish soul stems from holiness."

They are the tiny and potentially lethal guests that have taken up permanent residence inside the body of almost every adult Briton.

A toxic cocktail of 27 chemicals is circulating in the bloodstream of the average person, a disturbing new scientific study has proved.

The by-products of modern living - including PCBs, pesticides and even flame retardants required by law - are endlessly circulating in the bloodstream, where they are suspected of triggering a number of diseases including cancer.

One of the most worrying aspects of the research is that some of the contaminants lurking inside our bodies were banned by law more than 30 years ago.

Scientists tested more than 150 volunteers aged between 22 and 80 for traces of 77 chemicals that pollute the environment. Volunteers included Holyrood MSPs Sarah Boyack and Christine Grahame, as well as one leading European politician.

The survey found the people they studied had between nine and 49 of the substances - routinely sprayed on crops, added to products such as paints, and used to protect furniture against fire - in their bodies.

We are all aware of the many trials and tribulations that our world is presently experiencing. Evil, in the form of pollution, crime, hatred, greed, and moral decline, seems to be increasing in proportion to the current materialistic outlook. It would seem then that the remedy for these ills is not more materialism, but a looking away from matter towards Spirit, towards the true nature of our relationship to the Infinite Source of All Being. This wouldn't mean that we ignore our present basic material needs but when we turn to the "Divine Mind", the Collective Conciousness, or Spirit (God), whatever term one wants to use, then, and only then will we find true, practical and lasting solutions which would benefit everyone involved. I've seen this principle demonstrated and therefore know it to be true.

Einstein once said that anyone studying physics long enough is inevitably led into metaphysics.

If you understand the meaning of the tactic "to expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize activities" you will understand that the person who is most likely of being a Fed, is the one who involves patriots in activities that have no effect on those who are building tyranny, and activities that will destroy the credibility of the patriots.

Those who are building tyranny would love to convince people that we are all a bunch of paranoid nuts, so that we will we unable to warn people about THEM.

Those who are building tyranny would be more capable of convincing people that we are paranoid nuts, if they could convince a segment of the patriots to run around telling people that the clouds, and the street signs, are out to get us, or that we should ban water.

If you understand the meaning of the tactic "infiltrating groups with persons instructed to disrupt the group; sending anonymous or forged letters designed to promote strife between groups" OR OF:
"disseminating to other government agencies and to the media unlawfully obtained derogatory information on individuals and groups." THEN you will know that a campaign of personal attacks
on the real patriots is a part of the FBI COINTELPRO program.

He respected the badge, but `not in Miami'

Early on Thursday morning, Bentley Killmon boarded a chartered bus to take him from Fort Myers to Miami so he could protest the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas. The 71-year-old, retired airline pilot said he was amazed by the heavy police presence in downtown Miami when he arrived.

Throughout the day, he said he watched police overreact to incidents. He saw a 53-year-old woman get shot in the chest with rubber bullets. He saw other peaceful protesters being gassed with pepper spray. He saw young people, who weren't doing anything illegal or improper, being pushed and harassed by cops.

Sis, I just haven't had time to send you the info on Yellowstone. But here is the scoop. Yellowstone National Park is about to blow off the face of the Earth, and our wonderful leaders are keeping the whole thing squelched.

In July the Park rangers closed the entire Norris Geyser Basin because of the deformation of the land and the excess temperature. There is an area there that is 28 miles long by 7 miles wide that has bulged upward over five inches since 1996, and this year the ground temperature on that bulge has reached over 200 degrees. There was no choice but to close off the whole area. Everything in that area is dying. The trees, flowers, grass, etc. A dead zone is developing and spreading outward. The animals are literally migrating out of the park. This isn't hearsay. It is coming from people who have actually visited the park in just the last few weeks.

I have finally been shown "The Way" and because I have been willing to FOLLOW "The Way", I've been given The Work. What is that Work? To help you to find "The Way" so that you may help others to find "The Way".

In your minds eye.., see if you can't a community of 100 souls all loving each other AT LEAST as much as they love themselves. Now "see" yourself in trouble and your other 99 spiritual brothers and sisters coming to your aid BECAUSE they love you AT LEAST as much as they love themselves. Would they not do for you "willingly" AT LEAST what they would do for themselves to help get themselves "back on their feet"? What kind of world would that be? How advanced would we be? Hard to fathom in this world isn't it? BUT, THAT is the Kingdom of Heaven.., "SELFLESS-NESS".

Let me start by saying that I am NOT a conspiracy theorist. I don't think Russia were involved in the JFK assassination, or that Area 51 is home to aliens. I am a rational person, who I like to believe, thinks logically.

So lets look at recent events in a logical way.

On November 20th 2003, London was gearing up for a huge protest against the visit of President Bush. The media had been hyping up the protests, as the largest protests 'ever seen against a head of State'. More people were expected to attend than had ever protested against Saddam, or Mugabe.

However, Bush seemed unnerved. He would smile when asked about the protests and he said it didn't affect him at all. I couldn't understand this. This man was being told he was the most hated man on the planet, and yet he didn't seem to mind. Almost as if he 'knew' something no-one else did.

The news of Michael Jacksons sex scandals were given 2nd rate coverage in light of the protests, which would culminate in a ceremonious 'toppling' of Bush's effigy, to replicate the staged toppling of Saddams in Baghdad.

I was thinking all the while, unless the world should end, there is no way Bush can divert the worlds media attention from this. If anything, there was nothing he could do, to avoid the British public from seeing that his war against terror was a phoney war. I was hoping the worlds media would broadcast the protests and images of the toppling effigy would be beamed throughout the world. Bush's calmness unnerved me.

It just wasn't logical.

On 20th November, I woke up expecting the news to be full of the protests. But it wasn't.

Someone had bombed the British consulate and HQ of the HSBC bank in Istanbul.
