It may be easier to teach and parent drugged kids, but convenience is no justification for endangering them. Children?s brains are still developing, and the truth is we have no idea what the long-term side effects of psychiatric drugs may be. Medical science has not even exhaustively identified every possible brain chemical, even as we alter those chemicals with drugs.

That George Bush's brother Marvin sat on the board of the Kuwaiti-owned company which provided electronic security to the World Trade Centre, Dulles Airport and United Airlines means nothing more than you must admit those Bush boys have done alright for themselves.

That George Bush found success as a businessman only after the investment of Osama's brother Salem and reputed al Qaeda financier Khalid bin Mahfouz is just one of those things - one of those crazy things.

That Osama bin Laden is known to have been an asset of US foreign policy in no way implies he still is .

That al Qaeda was active in the Balkan conflict, fighting on the same side as the US as recently as 1999, while the US protected its cells, is merely one of history's little aberrations .

Recently, within a defense bill on Capitol Hill another bill was hidden. This hidden attachment pertains to so-called "hate crimes." The bill is Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Act (S. 933), a pro-homosexual hate crimes bill. The Defense bill with the 'hate crime' attachment passed the senate 65 to 33, and will now be going to the house. What does this mean? Simply put, it permits the GOVERNMENT to decide what is a hate crime. The measure also extends into our freedom of speech. EVERYONE should be aware, that almost anything you do or say can be construed as a 'hate crime' by someone, somewhere if that person or group chooses to silence the views and thoughts you are discussing. We've already seen the Patriot Act abused during the RNC, as over 1000 Americans have been arrested merely for expressing their rights of free speech and dissent as AMERICANS. Now, if the DOJ couples this new bill with the Patriot Act, we are in grave trouble. Remember that most all acts are named after WHO THE 'ACT' IS AGAINST: Riot Act - Against riots in public RICO Act - Racketeering and organized crime Patriot Act - Against patiots, and those that refuse to believe it you can read the act online at sites like infowars.com. An example of a "hate crime" under this new legislation would be to simply mention the word homosexual in any church...in any CHURCH...and that could be grounds to be arrested. Everyone who knows about this act of madness which has NO BOUNDS OF INTERPRETATION UNDER THE LAW MUST CALL THEIR CONGRESSMAN IMMEDIATELY. This is hardly the next war that most anticipated since the Great Wars that decimated so much of Europe and Asia in the last century.  But radical as it may sound to many this is the war many in the American military-industrial establishment have been waiting to engage.

Words cannot express what an inspiring, exciting event I attended on September 11, 2004 in New York City. It was called Confronting the Evidence: 911 and the Search for Truth.

My friends and I arrived at the Manhattan Center at 7:00, a full hour before the program. The streets were already full. The Manhattan Center must hold 1000 people and yet there were additional hundreds outside hoping for cancellations. This was a very good sign. Recently a Zogby poll stated that over 40% of New Yorkers do not believe the official story of the events that transpired on September 11, 2001. Several people believe that the 9/11 Commission should have been re-titled the 9/11 Omission as it was nothing more than a whitewash.

The events at Beslan have a precedent and follow a clear pattern. People are recruited to carry out acts of terror by the CIA, MOSSAD, MI6 or Russian FSB but are not told everything and sometimes are caught as at Beslan. This was the case at Bali, 9/11 planners in Germany, Hamas and in Kenya etc.

According to Russian lawyer Mikhail Trepashkin (google him) the Russian secret services were responsible for the 1999 apartment bombings blamed on Chechen muslims and the Moscow theatre seige last year also blamed on Chechen muslims. He has been imprisoned for 4 years for saying so.

According to the Jamestown Foundation, 4 agents of the Russian secret services were among the hostage takers at the moscow theatre seige and they were in COMMANDING POSITIONS.( type "dubrovka" at the Jamestown Foundation's own search engine). They also say that the storming of the theatre was totally unecesssary as an agreement was reached with the "terrorists". Was the storming of the Beslan school necessary? Probably not if it had not been for the FSB.

EATING vegetables like broccoli and spinach may help older women retain some memory abilities later on, while avoiding obesity in middle age lowers the risk of later Alzheimer's disease in both sexes, new studies suggest.

The work mirrors prior evidence that people may help keep their brains healthy by following standard health advice, including things like staying active and keeping cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure under control.

In fact, one of the new studies found evidence that obesity, high cholesterol and high blood pressure in middle age each added substantially to the risk of developing Alzheimer's or other dementia later on.

German scientists probing global warming say they have detected a major temperature rise in the Arctic Ocean this year and linked it to a progressive shrinking of the region's sea ice.

Temperatures recorded this year in the upper 500 metres of sea in the Fram Strait - the gap between Greenland and the Norwegian island of Spitsbergen - were up to 0.6 C higher than in 2003, they said. The rise was detectable to a water depth of 2,000 metres, "representing an exceptionally strong signal by ocean standards," it said.

* Money Laundering Muff: Bush and Ashcroft brag about how the feds' new surveillance powers will stop terrorist financiers. But the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control has ten times more agents assigned to track violators of the U.S. embargo on Cuba as it has tracking Osama Bin Laden's money.

* Attorney General John Ashcroft claims that federal agents have become far more savvy in defending America against terrorists. But last December, the FBI warned 17,000 local and state law enforcement agencies that people traveling with a World Almanac could be terrorist plotters.

* The Transportation Security Administration was disgraced last Fall by a 20-year old college student who smuggled simulated explosives onto airplanes and left them stashed onboard. The student sent TSA an email detailing his actions but the agency never bothered to read it. After the fiasco became public, a top TSA official angrily proclaimed: "Amateur testing like this does not in any way assist us or show us where we have flaws in our system."

* The TSA is imposing fines of up to $1500 on Americans show bad attitudes when passing through TSA airport checkpoints. But the feds have done little or nothing to rein in the arrogance and rudeness of TSA agents who seem to believe that browbeating grandmothers is the same thing as thwarting Al Qaeda.

The former head of the KGB, General Yevgeni Primakov, (reputed to be "the Henry Kissenger" of the Russian Federation - Ed.), has been hired as a consultant by the US Department of Homeland Security. Do you think he will share his expertise in "security" to prepare US citizens for domestic internal passports under the pretense of fighting the never-ending "War on Terrorism"?

  Republicans are criticizing a decorated Vietnam veteran, Democratic presidential candidate John F. Kerry, while liberals are denouncing President Bush for avoiding service in what liberals called an illegal and immoral war. In a study in the early 1990s rats were fed genetically modified (GM) tomatoes. Well actually, the rats refused to eat them. They were force-fed. Several of the rats developed stomach lesions and seven out of forty died within two weeks. Scientists at the FDA who reviewed the study agreed that it did not provide a “demonstration of reasonable certainty of no harm.” In fact, agency scientists warned that GM foods in general might create unpredicted allergies, toxins, antibiotic resistant diseases, and nutritional problems. Internal FDA memos made public from a lawsuit reveal that the scientists urged their superiors to require long-term safety testing to catch these hard-to-detect side effects.
