You tell the Gibraltarians that the Tri-partite Forum talks with Spain are going well. The border queues are worse than ever.

You say that an Airport Agreement might be arrived at soon. The maritime Guardia Civil are chasing innocent Gibraltar nationals in Gibraltar waters all the way to our shores and stepping ashore. Claiming jurisdiction over Gibraltar vessels in OUR waters.

You say that we are going to have a new Constitution soon. Is there going to be a Referendum on it, or is it going to be imposed on us, by you and a few others?
