As I write, Tony Farrell is in police custody having handed himself in at
Digbeth police station [Birmingham] having confessed to breaking Section 15
Article 3 of the Terrorism Act 2000, whereby he has knowingly and willfully
contributed monies to an organisation he has reasonable cause to believe is
engaged or may be engaged in terrorist activity - to my knowledge I believe Tony
is referring to a South Yorkshire Borough Council who fund the South Yorkshire
Police.

Please text him messages of support if you have his number [it's not for me to

We met with John Anthony Hill who got arrested for mailing a DVD (with no letter attached) to a UK court from Ireland (reported by the Irish Times). John is also the producer and narrator of this DVD. Mr Hill, 60 years old, showed us his arrest warrant and gave us permission to pass on information contained in it. The maximum sentence on the warrant is Life Imprisonment in England. John had his computer and other property seized which is why he requested other people to help him as he is not able to defend him self properly as a result. The phony charge is possibly fabricating evidence that might cause injustice and this is from the same country that helped put people in Guantanamo and other torture facilities world-wide.

According to reports, there may be a back door built into Skype, which allows connections to be bugged. The company has declined to expressly deny the allegations. At a meeting with representatives of ISPs and the Austrian regulator on lawful interception of IP based services held on 25th June, high-ranking officials at the Austrian interior ministry revealed that it is not a problem for them to listen in on Skype conversations.

This has been confirmed to heise online by a number of the parties present at the meeting. Skype declined to give a detailed response to specific enquiries from heise online as to whether Skype contains a back door and whether specific clients allowing access to a system or a specific key for decrypting data streams exist. The response from the eBay subsidiary's press spokesman was brief, "Skype does not comment on media speculation. Skype has no further comment at this time." There have been rumours of the existence of a special listening device which Skype is reported to offer for sale to interested states.

There has long been speculation that Skype may contain a back door. Because the vendor has not revealed details of its proprietary Skype protocol or of how the client works, questions as to what else Skype is capable of and what risks are involved in deploying it in an enterprise environment remain open. Many of the things that take place in the world might not seem to affect them. These things may not seem to have a lot of relevance to that which they need to do, in order to get on in life. Many do not acknowledge that events taking place in the world, the things they read in newspapers and in news reports on radio and TV, actually have a direct affect on their daily lives.

On the face of it, to non-Gibraltarians, world-wide, it seems illogical and very much ado about nothing.

Others of you might be equally wondering why I should have come to Gibraltar, of all places, to live amongst you for ten years and have constantly sought to help you, warning you for 14 years about the British governments' treachery, and that I am the only person who can solve the sovereignty question permanently, and help you to become prosperous and free from oppression and I have suffered, being ignored, sometimes ridiculed and attacked for my concern for you.
