We met with John Anthony Hill who got arrested for mailing a DVD (with no letter attached) to a UK court from Ireland (reported by the Irish Times). John is also the producer and narrator of this DVD. Mr Hill, 60 years old, showed us his arrest warrant and gave us permission to pass on information contained in it. The maximum sentence on the warrant is Life Imprisonment in England. John had his computer and other property seized which is why he requested other people to help him as he is not able to defend him self properly as a result. The phony charge is possibly fabricating evidence that might cause injustice and this is from the same country that helped put people in Guantanamo and other torture facilities world-wide.

UPDATE, 19th February: Muad'Dib has been ransomed and is now awaiting the next hearing. The urgent issue of Him getting out of prison as soon as possible is now behind us. The other bail conditions the Irish judge set are:-

1. Surrendering of passport,
2. Forbidden to discuss 7/7 with anybody in England & Wales,

Those of you familiar with 7/7 truth will have noted that number 2 is most interesting, considering that everyone else supposedly remains “free” (for the time being) to discuss 7/7 in England and Wales. It shows how much THEY* fear Muad’Dib.

Patriot Act in trouble: Look for more staged terrorism to boost it

Sixteen provisions of the USA Patriot Act expire Dec. 31 if not renewed by Congress:

Section 201 - Gives federal officials the authority to intercept wire, spoken and electronic communications relating to terrorism.

Section 202 - Gives federal officials the authority to intercept wire, spoken and electronic communications relating to computer fraud and abuse offenses.

Subsection 203(b) - Permits the sharing of grand jury information that involves foreign intelligence or counterintelligence with federal law enforcement, intelligence, protective, immigration, national defense or national security officials

Subsection 203(d) - Gives foreign intelligence or counterintelligence officers the ability to share foreign intelligence information obtained as part of a criminal investigation with law enforcement.

Section 204 - Makes clear that nothing in the law regarding pen registers - an electronic device which records all numbers dialed from a particular phone line - stops the government's ability to obtain foreign intelligence information.

Section 206 - Allows federal officials to issue roving "John Doe" wiretaps for spy and anti-terrorism investigations.

Section 207 - Increases the amount of time that federal officials may watch people they suspect are spies or terrorists.

Section 209 - Permits the seizure of voicemail messages under a warrant.

Section 212 - Permits Internet service providers and other electronic communication and remote computing service providers to hand over records and e-mails to federal officials in emergency situations.

Section 214 - Allows use of a pen register or trap and trace devices - a device that records the originating phone numbers of all incoming calls on a particular phone line - in international terrorism or spy investigations.

Section 215 - Authorizes federal officials to obtain "tangible items" like business records, including those from libraries and bookstores, for foreign intelligence and international terrorism investigations.

Section 217 - Makes it lawful to intercept the wire or electronic communication of a computer hacker or intruder in certain circumstances.

Section 218 - Allows federal officials to wiretap or watch suspects if foreign intelligence gathering is a "significant purpose" for seeking a Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act order. The pre-Patriot Act standard said officials could ask for the surveillance only if it was "the" sole or main purpose.

Section 220 - Provides for nationwide service of search warrants for electronic evidence.

Section 223 - Amends the federal criminal code to provide for administrative discipline of federal officers or employees who violate prohibitions against unauthorized disclosures of information gathered under this act.

Section 225 - Amends FISA to prohibit lawsuits against people or companies that provide information to federal officials for a terrorism investigation

The agenda of totalitarianism is imposed upon freedom loving people, but often it is not the members of the Communist Party, who play the most important role in doing this. The tactic is called "Pressure from above and below."

In every call for more power for government there should be a reminder that nothing in the measure will abrogate the constitutional rights of American citizens. Government officials are making searches without warrants. Government officials are demanding identification without probable cause, to believe that a crime has even been committed. THIS IS a terrorist attack on our own soil.

Jailing suspected terrorists without trial is an "appropriate response" to the post-11 September terrorist threat, the House of Lords has heard. Attorney General Lord Goldsmith QC, representing the Home Office, said the measures are justifed and protect the rights of suspects and UK residents.

Regarding the following post.., I don't know about you but I have thought about "where does this [law-making] end"? After 9-1-1 I read something about terrorism I found to be interesting. Perhaps you will also. The thrust of the article had to do with a study done on the concept/use of terrorism. Pretty simple actually. Let us say we were being terrorized by a source outside of the U.S.  The world knows the U.S. has the most formidable military this planet has ever seen. It is the "elephant". In other words a "frontal assault" would be suicide. Small, sustained "terrorist attacks" won't seem to do much to this "elephant" BUT, the "terrorized people" ASK for more and more "protection" from their governments and governments do respond with more and more laws and soon, the "terrorized society" has a police-state that is so out-of-control repressive.., the people rise up in rebellion and the country is destroyed from within. This concept/use of terrorism is easily linked to the Hegalian Dialectic.., "Problem", "Reaction", "Solution". It has been used for centuries flawlessly.  

Most, if not all of you are aware (the NWOdor OPERATING THROUGH) the U.S. government, at the very least, was complicit with the 1993 attempt to bomb the World Trade Center buildings, the bombing of the Murrah Building in OKC and 9-1-1. And most of you are aware of the plans of the NWOdor to destroy Amerika and reduce the world population by 85%. Hopefully you can see how all of the pieces to this world puzzle fit. From the elitist/globalist point of view, this planet cannot "sustain" an ever growing population and there is certainly truth in that position, so, they intend to play god's and DO something about it. We are experiencing the unfolding of their plan. How do you like it so far?

Let's tell legislators: There ought to be a freedom

Imagine a world where there are laws against eating too many sweets, standing on the top step of the ladder, or failing to show up for your doctor appointment. If you want to change your job or residence, you have to hire a lawyer to fill out and file the sheaf of forms required.

Imagine a world where every murder or assault trial requires years of litigation just to determine the charges. There's a different law for every location, weapon, and motivation. (Was it motivated by hate, gender, race, greed, stupidity, or some other syndromes or state of mind?)

Imagine a world where whole sections of large cities have been devoted just to housing the law library.

How far is this world from the one you live in?

Congress has been averaging about 235 new laws per year, and the California state legislature passed close to 1,000 laws last year alone. Has there ever been a session of Congress or any state legislature that ended with fewer laws on the books than there were at the beginning? Where is this leading?

Deuteronomy 4:2, The King of king's Bible Ye shall not ADD unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the Commandments of the "I AM" your God which I COMMAND you.
12:32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

Our legislatures are passing laws on top of the laws that are already there just to make political points. The California legislature recently passed a law against attacking and threatening abortion clinics. Didn't we already have laws against assault and harassment? How many laws do we need to cover a single act?

Have we become such a race of cowards and whiners that we need laws to protect us from phone solicitors, laws to dictate how people can talk to us, and police involved in every corner of our lives?

It seems government is being looked to as the solver of every problem. And of course, government's problem-solving tool is law. As the saying goes, to a man whose only tool is a hammer, every problem is a nail.
