The FBI says it is familiar with the video, which was provided by a friendly bystander. But that raises the question — how did a tape that was not widely circulated end up on a known al-Qaida site? Note that the FBI admits already being familiar with this video tape, and will only state that it was shot by a "friendly bystander". So here we have a tape that the FBI knows about showing up on this "Al Qaeda linked" website. Put two and two together.
