1. Whatever Iran is doing 'officially' does not change their actual covert attempt to score some nukes.
2. Israel no longer occupies parts of Lebanon and Gaza... the former is 8 years outdated, the latter is 3 years outdated. Israel has also returned large portions of the West-bank with no success... the rest is pending on terror free dialogue.
3. Israeli citizens of Arab background are fully privelledged citizens... They can drive in any road in the country (There is no way to distinguish between an Arab car and a Jewish car as Arab citizens have also yellow license plates)... Discrimination is not enforced by law but rather on the account of many private individuals... In cases of discriminations the rights of Arabs are protected...
This does not however applies to Palestinians who are not citizens.
However, many roads in the west-bank are closed off for Israeli citizens despite of being under Israeli security control (with accordance to the Oslo accord)
4. What have the arab adminisrations done in order to improve the situation of Palestinian refugees? Nothing...
Have arab countries offer compensate and property reclamation for Jewish refugees? No...
Can they drive on every road
