The website WikiLeaks.org has been taken off line in many parts of the world. Wikileaks is a website dedicated to leaking documents that are "anonymous, untraceable, uncensorable."

Several factors have taken the site off line including DDoS attacks, which was followed by a fire which took out the main servers hosting the site in Sweden, and a restraining order on the domain name 'WikiLeaks.org' issued in the United States.

According to the website HongPong.com, Wikileaks experienced "a 500Mbps distributed denial of service attack" before the fire, but it is not known if the DDoS attack is connected to it.

After the attack, a fire was reported in the Uninterruptible Power Supply of the servers which host the site.

The third and final factor taking the site off line is a permanent injunction granted in the California Northern District Court in San Francisco, California to Bank Julius Baer, a Swiss Bank, which has caused the domain to be taken off line in the U.S.. Wikileaks previously published hundreds of documents obtained from a whistleblower of the Swiss Bank, "purportedly showing offshore tax evasion and money laundering by extremely wealthy and in some cases, politically sensitive, clients from the US, Europe, China and Peru."

The letter below is quite good, except for the writer wanting to build churches, instead of, or as well as, righteous communities that are the "living" body of Christ. A building is a waste of money and resources and it cannot be a living body of Christ, for it is an inanimate object, where, according to Jesus, only hypocrites go to be seen by their fellow man, as quoted above.

To turn our eyes momentarily from the terrifying war in the Middle East is to discover an ever-more ominous turn in the Bush administration's war on terror.

Having been barred by the Supreme Court from treating foreign terrorism suspects as if they had few — or no — legal rights, the president's initial response is not to comply with the high court's finding that detainees must be treated under accepted standards of international law. In fact, the White House pushes to extend the ill treatment to American citizens.

That is, effectively, what the administration's draft of new rules for the military detention and trial of terrorism suspects would do. News and human rights organizations that have obtained the document, marked "deliberative draft — close hold," have criticized the way in which it would obliterate the Supreme Court's ruling. It seeks to have Congress write into law essentially the same procedures for military trials that the high court just said were illegal. That is, terrorism suspects still could be excluded from the courtroom, evidence could be withheld from the defense, and the Geneva Conventions — which the Supreme Court explicitly said must apply, would be circumvented.

Sixteen provisions of the USA Patriot Act expire Dec. 31 if not renewed by Congress:

Section 201 - Gives federal officials the authority to intercept wire, spoken and electronic communications relating to terrorism.

Section 202 - Gives federal officials the authority to intercept wire, spoken and electronic communications relating to computer fraud and abuse offenses.

Subsection 203(b) - Permits the sharing of grand jury information that involves foreign intelligence or counterintelligence with federal law enforcement, intelligence, protective, immigration, national defense or national security officials

Subsection 203(d) - Gives foreign intelligence or counterintelligence officers the ability to share foreign intelligence information obtained as part of a criminal investigation with law enforcement.

Section 204 - Makes clear that nothing in the law regarding pen registers - an electronic device which records all numbers dialed from a particular phone line - stops the government's ability to obtain foreign intelligence information.

Section 206 - Allows federal officials to issue roving "John Doe" wiretaps for spy and anti-terrorism investigations.

Section 207 - Increases the amount of time that federal officials may watch people they suspect are spies or terrorists.

Section 209 - Permits the seizure of voicemail messages under a warrant.

Section 212 - Permits Internet service providers and other electronic communication and remote computing service providers to hand over records and e-mails to federal officials in emergency situations.

Section 214 - Allows use of a pen register or trap and trace devices - a device that records the originating phone numbers of all incoming calls on a particular phone line - in international terrorism or spy investigations.

Section 215 - Authorizes federal officials to obtain "tangible items" like business records, including those from libraries and bookstores, for foreign intelligence and international terrorism investigations.

Section 217 - Makes it lawful to intercept the wire or electronic communication of a computer hacker or intruder in certain circumstances.

Section 218 - Allows federal officials to wiretap or watch suspects if foreign intelligence gathering is a "significant purpose" for seeking a Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act order. The pre-Patriot Act standard said officials could ask for the surveillance only if it was "the" sole or main purpose.

Section 220 - Provides for nationwide service of search warrants for electronic evidence.

Section 223 - Amends the federal criminal code to provide for administrative discipline of federal officers or employees who violate prohibitions against unauthorized disclosures of information gathered under this act.

Section 225 - Amends FISA to prohibit lawsuits against people or companies that provide information to federal officials for a terrorism investigation

Why Government Needs Crime!
I Am a Criminal

 

Yes, that’s right. I, R. Lee Wrights, being of sound mind and aging body, do solemnly acclaim and justly affirm that I am a criminal. And, if I do my job correctly, by the time you finish reading this you will realize that you are a criminal also; and, that something needs to be done about it.

My premise is simply that government, not only at the federal level but in particular at the state and local level, has grown so gorged and bloated that it has become virtually impossible for any of us to remain "law-abiding citizens." In order to be law-abiding, one must first know and understand the law. Now I ask you, in today’s society how many people really know, let alone understand, "the law?" Moreover, how many policemen really know or, more importantly, understand the law? Do the lawyers and judges, who are charged with the protection of America’s most sacred document, even understand the law? Judging from the number of appealed judgments these days, it would appear that even these "protectors of justice" are unable to effectively untangle the thicket of jurisprudence created by the endless loads of fertilizer produced by the various legislatures.

Most of us have also heard that "repeating the same act, expecting different results", is a sign of insanity.

Believing that a lie is the truth, and that the truth is a lie, is the correct definition of insanity.

So where are we going with this. It is fair to say that most people don't get up in the morning, look at their self in the mirror and say, "I'm insane". The facts below reveal a different story though; that the problem is we are ALL insane; save One.

First let me remind you of two events which took place approximately one year ago. Last year at the height of the hurricane season hurricane Francis and Jean slammed into the Southeastern Florida Coast. At the time the people of that region were desperate for help. The call went out to FEMA for aid, yet news reports and first hand accounts state that FEMA actually turned back aid and hampered efforts to help those desperate people. We can all remember traffic jams along I-95, with people waiting to get in to the region with aid, only to be held up or turned back by FEMA; while thousands suffered without food, water or power. This year the people of Louisiana and Texas suffered what has been classified as two "super storm" hurricanes, which slammed into the Gulf Coast region. Their first reaction was to cry for help from the same government which gave them FEMA, and when FEMA repeated their performance as exampled above, people shook their head and said, "What happened, why didn't they help us". When in reality they gave the same result as the previous year. The problem is we are ALL insane and expecting different results.

So what now for Larken? In Larken's obsession he has no doubt alienated former friends and family members. He has no doubt spent tons of money/frn's, time effort and energy. And what about the emotional toll it has take on everyone monitoring his fight and Larken himself? Will he be another Dick Simkanin or Al Thompson who have had their lives ruined?

If you believe for one moment I am suggesting we give up the fight then you don't know me at all. I have yet begun to fight.

No.., what I am saying is; fighting with the "tools" we are given DOESN'T WORK. THERE IS NO REMEDY IN THE SYSTEM.., BY DESIGN!!!!!!!!!!!

At risk of angering every "patriot" who might read this; shouldn't we be asking some questions?

Did the "framers" indeed start us on our journey of being the greatest nation in the history of the world?

At one time, I had a full copy of the original treaty signed at the end of the Revolutionary War with England. My understanding was/is.., it was originally in French. Supposedly, as plenipotentiaries [invested with full/absolute power of independent action], Benjamin Franklin and [I believe it was] House[?] would not agree to sign until it was written in English. In there were "terms" of the British holding allodial titles [in the colonies - please look up allodial title] and the colonies owing war debts to France [some millions of livre – pounds of silver].

Indeed.., France did help the colonies [at least that is what we are taught in the publik indoctrination centers {read; skools}] but, if indeed, the colonies won the war..? first, wouldn't the surrender and treaty be signed here in "the new land"? Why in France? And second, if we truly won, why wouldn't England be paying for the debts incurred by France and why weren't the colonies being reimbursed for its costs? By now, most of you have heard of the recent US Supreme Court ruling which prohibits the display on courthouse walls of framed copies of the Ten Commandments. In a "watch this hand so you won't see us hide the rabbit with the other hand" magician's gesture, the Court also ruled that a sculpture of the Ten Commandments could remain on another courthouse's front lawn.

Inconsistent? Not at all. I've not yet gotten and read a copy of the decision, but I expect the ruling differentiates the two by calling the sculpture art and the framed Ten Commandment copies religious proselytizing.

The intentionally-confusing result is that most people won't notice that the Supremes really have banned God from the Courthouse.

In the film, "Michael Collins".., Michael Collins comes to understand their situation [they are but a handful against the most powerful army in the world {at that time; circa 1916}] and says to his friend/compatriot, "We have to put the fear of God into them [the British]."

George Washington reportedly said, "Government is force".

There was a time when the Sheriff of Cochise (Cochise County, Arizona) was a fascinating title, sort of a combination of an Arizona Ranger and Johnny Cash. Now that Arizona has become Kalifornianized, liberalized and sodomized, titles are worth what someone pays the political establishment to receive them, whether it be cash or kind, and the law is what the intimidators say it is. At times, obedience is more profitable than money.

Regarding the following, "Either it's your property or it isn't." The hard truth? It isn't. It is not your property. You get "use of". STOP paying your "fee"/property tax and wait to see WHO comes and throws you out of your paid-for home.

You may want to research allodial title or "land patent".., IF you can find information on either these days.

At one time [8 years ago?] I got a copy [after months of fighting] of the last "land patent" issued on a property I supposedly owned in the state of Oregon. It was signed by President Benjamin Harrison. Correct.., it was a loooong time ago.

Today.., IF you ever pay off your home.., you receive a "color of title". It is NOT "the" title. "The" title is held by the state and the state is in receivership. It is bankrupt. We, have returned to feudalism. You live in the "land of the FEE".., NOT the land of the free as you have been WRONGFULLY taught by the educational system and media in this country. You are indentured slaves.

You can own nothing.., not even your labor. YOUR "governments" have spent and hoodwinked you into a perpetual debt system. EVERY TIME you spend a "dollar" [actually a DEBT instrument that says so right on it's face ; "Federal Reserve NOTE" {please look up "note" in any Black's Law Dictionary} you are unwittingly increasing the debt and putting that debt on your children and grandchildren. The "witness tracks" are all around us but we haven't been taught how to read them.

Think you "own" your vehicle[s]. Think again. Get out your [supposed] "title". In every state it says, "Certificate of Title" on it's face. Yes.., there is a "title" but you will NEVER get it. The state has it and the state is in receivership. It is bankrupt.

Private property rights are the foundation of freedom. Now developers can pay off your local politicians and then come in and steal your property without even giving you best use price. Imagine middle class neighborhoods across America being bulldozed because developers have written up a proposal for making more money off of your property. Either it's your property or it isn't.

The United States is simply going back to feudalism. In medieval England, before the Magna Carta, in 1214 the local lord would decide what you could and could not do with the King's property.

Does the Michael Jackson acquittal mean that pedophilia has finally obtained mainstream American acceptance? Years of corporate shilling using sexual exploitation of minors appears to have paved the way. Jackson now is the proud owner of a get-out-of-jail-free card for the rest of his life, as no authority would dare arrest him for anything. The jurors probably strictly followed their oath to acquit him (it is almost impossible to prove something 'beyond a reasonable doubt' in the absence of a confession if the accused has the money to pay for competent representation), but must have known how he would celebrate, a fact which apparently caused them no moral qualms. I don't want to sound like a 'winger with a stupid slippery slope argument, but NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association) must be very pleased.

The British news-media keeps incessantly repeating that France and Germany want the other member states to ratify the European Constitution, which is an absolute lie.

France has voted against the treaty, but the Satanic N.W.O. Politicians will not take no for an answer and Jacque Chirac is going against the French people and saying that France wants the other countries to ratify the treaty, when clearly they do not and his action is treason against the French people, for which he should be immediately arrested and tried.

You should suppose the Dutch prime-minister should leave his post because he apparently did not have any idea what masspeople think. But elitepeople never leave their post when they are outvoted. In France Raffarin was only replaced by his twin brother De Villepin. All other leaders remained their seats. Elite members hold on to power (and wealth) and by voting the masses will never get a change in the balance of power. Of course I did not vote, I advance other activities by which masspeople will get more power.
 
The elite denies it but there is a growing and deepening rift between political elite and masses. When the elite does not understand why masspeople vote en masse against a proposal, when 80 % of the politicians (including leaders of trade-unions and Greenpeace) are in favour of the European Constitution and 62 % of the masses vote NO, something is fundamentally wrong. A referendum in Germany should have had the same result. The German masses are also not happy with the behaviour and decisions of political leaders.
