Regarding the following post.., I don't know about you but I have thought about "where does this [law-making] end"? After 9-1-1 I read something about terrorism I found to be interesting. Perhaps you will also. The thrust of the article had to do with a study done on the concept/use of terrorism. Pretty simple actually. Let us say we were being terrorized by a source outside of the U.S.  The world knows the U.S. has the most formidable military this planet has ever seen. It is the "elephant". In other words a "frontal assault" would be suicide. Small, sustained "terrorist attacks" won't seem to do much to this "elephant" BUT, the "terrorized people" ASK for more and more "protection" from their governments and governments do respond with more and more laws and soon, the "terrorized society" has a police-state that is so out-of-control repressive.., the people rise up in rebellion and the country is destroyed from within. This concept/use of terrorism is easily linked to the Hegalian Dialectic.., "Problem", "Reaction", "Solution". It has been used for centuries flawlessly.  

Most, if not all of you are aware (the NWOdor OPERATING THROUGH) the U.S. government, at the very least, was complicit with the 1993 attempt to bomb the World Trade Center buildings, the bombing of the Murrah Building in OKC and 9-1-1. And most of you are aware of the plans of the NWOdor to destroy Amerika and reduce the world population by 85%. Hopefully you can see how all of the pieces to this world puzzle fit. From the elitist/globalist point of view, this planet cannot "sustain" an ever growing population and there is certainly truth in that position, so, they intend to play god's and DO something about it. We are experiencing the unfolding of their plan. How do you like it so far?

Let's tell legislators: There ought to be a freedom

Imagine a world where there are laws against eating too many sweets, standing on the top step of the ladder, or failing to show up for your doctor appointment. If you want to change your job or residence, you have to hire a lawyer to fill out and file the sheaf of forms required.

Imagine a world where every murder or assault trial requires years of litigation just to determine the charges. There's a different law for every location, weapon, and motivation. (Was it motivated by hate, gender, race, greed, stupidity, or some other syndromes or state of mind?)

Imagine a world where whole sections of large cities have been devoted just to housing the law library.

How far is this world from the one you live in?

Congress has been averaging about 235 new laws per year, and the California state legislature passed close to 1,000 laws last year alone. Has there ever been a session of Congress or any state legislature that ended with fewer laws on the books than there were at the beginning? Where is this leading?

Deuteronomy 4:2, The King of king's Bible Ye shall not ADD unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the Commandments of the "I AM" your God which I COMMAND you.
12:32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

Our legislatures are passing laws on top of the laws that are already there just to make political points. The California legislature recently passed a law against attacking and threatening abortion clinics. Didn't we already have laws against assault and harassment? How many laws do we need to cover a single act?

Have we become such a race of cowards and whiners that we need laws to protect us from phone solicitors, laws to dictate how people can talk to us, and police involved in every corner of our lives?

It seems government is being looked to as the solver of every problem. And of course, government's problem-solving tool is law. As the saying goes, to a man whose only tool is a hammer, every problem is a nail.

One of the most memorable lines from the movie, "The Patriot" was spoken by actor Mel Gibson who asked, "Why should I trade one tyrant 3,000 miles away, for 3,000 tyrants one mile away?"

The question was posed by Gibson's character during deliberations to authorize a levy in support the Colonies' war of independence against King George and his army. I often wonder who the average brain-dead, flag-waving crazy American today considers "The Enemy" to be.

Back during the build-up to the actual Revolutionary War, our Founding Fathers had no illusions whatsoever as to whom the enemy was, nor did they have any reservations in deciding what to do about them.

Back then, the enemy was King George, his troops, and the American Loyalists who considered the Crown to be the rightful American government, while individuals like James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, and George Washington saw the same tyranny and oppression they left behind coming right back at them here in America.

The Founding Fathers, and all those who fought for their freedom in the Revolutionary War, didn't sit around like a bunch of cowardly Christian pansies, writing letters and protesting, while urging the masses to pray for their leaders. No, once they realized their peaceful options had been exhausted, they issued a Declaration of Independence, signed their lives and fortunes away, and started killing the King's men. They also hanged quite a few Loyalists for treason; let that be a lesson to you who presently call yourselves American Patriots.

If you place yourself in the mindset of the average American Loyalist in those early days, you would have regarded yourself as a true-blue American Crown patriot, while those who promoted revolt to secure freedom and a Republican form of government would be regarded as extremists, potential terrorists, and outright traitors.

It is my hope, most, if not all of you, realize God is the Source/Originator of EVERYTHING. Evil has no real life so the best it can hope to do is MIMIC EVERYTHING.

With that said, I hope you realize you are a "soul/spiritual light being" locked inside a human/animal body. Churches tell us this but few truly understand. People mimic back/"parrot" what they have been taught.

"Lost" in our animal brain thinking, we believe the "human" body we are locked in IS life and from that place of belief we will activate the animal "survival instinct" (which is VERY powerful) when "threatened". Evil understands this and preys on that lack of understanding by "humans". Our belief (not realizing we are believing in the lie that the animal human body is life.., [TRUE life is spiritual/ETERNAL] in the lie is the foundational weakness for evil to "offer", by contract, "protection".

Think you're already amazed, alarmed or appalled enough by the state of US journalism today? Chew on this a while and think again.

Grieving New Hampshire widow who lost her man on 9/11 refuses the government's million dollar hush money payoff, studies the facts of the day for nearly two years, and comes to believe the White House "intentionally allowed 9/11 to happen" to launch a so-called "War on Terrorism" for personal and political gain.

She retains a prominent lawyer, a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, who served with distinction under both Democrats and Republicans and was once a strong candidate for the governor's seat.

The attorney files a 62-page complaint in federal district court (including 40 pages of prima facie evidence) charging that "President Bush and officials including, but not limited to Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Ashcroft and Tenet":

1.) had adequate foreknowledge of 911 yet failed to warn the county or attempt to prevent it;

2.) have since been covering up the truth of that day;

3.) have therefore abetted the murder of plaintiff's husband and violated the Constitution and multiple laws of the United States; and

4.) are thus being sued under the Civil RICO (Racketeering, Influence, and Corrupt Organization) Act for malfeasant conspiracy, obstruction of justice and wrongful death.

The suit text goes on to document the detailed forewarnings from foreign governments and FBI agents; the unprecedented delinquency of our air defense; the inexplicable half hour dawdle of our Commander in Chief at a primary school after hearing the nation was under deadly attack; the incessant invocation of national security and executive privilege to suppress the facts; and the obstruction of all subsequent efforts to investigate the disaster. It concludes that "compelling evidence will be presented in this case through discovery, subpoena power, and testimony [that] Defendants failed to act and prevent 9/11 knowing the attacks would lead to an 'International War on Terror' which would benefit Defendants both financially and politically."

Press releases detailing these explosive allegations are sent out to 3000 journalists in the print and broadcast media, and a press conference to announce the filing is held in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia on November 26th (commemorating the end of the first futile year of the independent National 9/11 Commission).

Imagine the world-churning implications of these charges. Imagine the furor if just one was proved true. Imagine the courage of this bribe-shunning widow and an eminent attorney with his rep on the line. Then imagine a press conference to which nobody came.

(Well, more precisely, imagine a press conference at which only FOX News appears, tapes for 40 minutes, and never airs an inch.)

Yesterday's decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to not hear Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore's Ten Commandments case paves the way for the total removal of America's public recognition of God. Furthermore, it is yet another nail in the coffin of religious liberty and constitutional governance in the United States.

Most of you in my group are aware of allodial title or "land patents" (referred to "patients" below). The following is written by Big Al. You may not be aware of Big Al but I can vouch for his research. He's been at this A LOT of years.

It is true.., we are unable to own anything.., including our labor. Your children's labor has been sold down 13 generations as we spend further into debt every second with debt instruments we have been dumbed-down into believing is "money". NOT!! They are IOU's to the international money changers.

We claim we are a "Christian nation" and therefore "God's Children" BUT, we live under this system of fraud rather than God's Laws. Most WON'T wake up and learn because they would find out what selfish cowards they are. I sure hope you aren't one of those.

Please see the exposé below regarding our inability to own property. If you REALLY think you own your property.., stop paying "their" use fees called taxes and see who comes and takes "your property" from you. We're so DUMB we don't know what "own" or "free" means.

There is ONLY one way out of this horror. Learn God's Laws (The First Five Books of The Bible), reinstate them and keep them by enforcing them. To get back to that.., there is "THE PLAN" at i.am/jah/plan.htm It is God's Plan.  His Will will be done on earth as it is in Heaven with or without you. If it is without you.., I am very sad for you. You haven't "picked a side" yet if you aren't actively doing what you can to help reinstate Father's Laws. You know that when Jesus comes back (at least I hope you know), He is coming with a SWORD. And you are either with Him or against Him. But I can guarantee you.., He won't be coming to reinstate the CON-stitution or Bill of Rights. He will reinstate Father's Laws.., so if you intend to SURVIVE what is almost upon us.., you'd better start "boning up" on the First Five Books of The Bible and forget all the other junk we've all been fed.

A BARRISTER claims his application to become a judge has been turned down because he is not a freemason.

Roger Everest says he was told 30 years ago that he would never get on in the legal profession after turning down an invitation to join the Dinas Llandaff lodge of the Freemasons in Cardiff.

America is such a wonderfully free country that I thoroughly understand why the Bush administration, like the Clinton administration before it, is so eager to take our freedoms and spread them across the globe. 

Without the U.S government, backwards peoples will have to labor on in their own delusions, never understanding what true liberty is all about.

I am so free. If I want to paint my house, or build a deck out back, or install a new air-conditioning system, I am free to call the building inspector and get his approval first. If I want to put a new toilet in the bathroom, I am free to buy only the low-flow toilets the government approves 

I am free to buy a property near the beach, provided the government Coastal Commission approves whatever I want to do with that property. That approval might take decades, and the final thing that I build will be what the commissioners want there, not what I want, but I am free nonetheless. I know I am free because this is America. And America is a free country - the best one in the whole darned world. If you don't like our freedoms, you should move somewhere else.

Unlike those pathetic souls in other less-free and non-free countries, I am free to open my own business, provided I pay my employees the minimum salary demanded by the government, and give them overtime in the exact proportion stated by the government, and offer them breaks that conform exactly to the standards set by government. I can operate my business in complete freedom, provided that I meet every one of the hundreds of pages of air-quality standards promulgated by the state and federal governments.

I was able to hear an interview with Alfred Adesk today. If I remember correctly, Alfred used to own/run the Anti-Shyster magazine but finally had to give it up because it couldn't support itself. I subscribed back when and found some very informative articles in it.

Alfred's problem was/is.., he "sees" what is going on in America and isn't fearful to speak out. Well, it finally landed him in jail.., for 11 months. He would not "take a bond", he wouldn't "sign" anything and he wouldn't take a "public defender". The "system" did everything it could to trick/coerce/intimidate him into giving "them" jurisdiction but he never did acquiesce. "They" finally released him. Alfred said that if he knew he was going to learn as much as he did from the experience he would have paid them to put him in jail years ago.

Alfred has tested "the strawman" theory and found it is true.., "they" haven't jurisdiction over the flesh and blood body WITHOUT your written agreement. The price was nearly a year of his life to learn this truth.
(If you can "see" this.., "their system" IS the mimic to The Kingdom of Heaven.., ALL VOLUNTARY.., EXCEPT one does not try to trick you into "volunteering". Can you guess which is which?)

I'd like to see some real hell unleashed in the upcoming year.

I first learned about a book entitled: Woe Unto You Lawyers by Fred Rodell when I read a quotation from it in some other article I was reading. Lucky me, I was able to find a copy of this unusual book in a used book store. It was published in 1939.

Mr. Rodell, who was a Professor of Law at Yale University for many years, presents a lusty, gutsy attack on what he calls THE LAW, from tribal times to the present.

He writes in his preface: No lawyer will like this book, because it was not written for lawyers. He relates also to his realization early on of the phoniness of the whole legal-process.

It is the lawyers who run our civilization for us--- he says. All the judges (a judge is a lawyer who knew a governor, the author relates) are lawyers; they interpret and enforce our laws, he continues. There is no separation of powers where the lawyers are concerned..... only a concentration of all governmental power --- in the lawyers.

All around us in our daily lives, the author explains, that lawyers guide us through a maze of confusing gestures and formalities that the lawyers have created. But the amazing thing about all this is, THE LAW is carried on in a foreign language..... the law deals almost exclusively with the ordinary facts and occurrences of everyday business.... But it deals with them in a Jargon which completely baffles and befoozles the ordinary literate man....

To be GOVERNED (by anyone except God) is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so.

This article from the Jerusalem Post is evidence of the growing Talmudic influence over the US Federal government and its judiciary. The supposition is that the "National Institute for Judaic Law" will be grounded in Old Testament law, when in fact the religion of Judaism nullifies Old Testament law by filtering it through the distorting prism of the Talmud. There is even a reference to the Talmud in paragraph seven of the Jerusalem Post article.

Sarah Medhurst (nee Black) shocked journalists and legal scholars at a press conference held at the Black family estate Monday when she revealed that Black's Law Dictionary, a highly regarded legal reference text, was originally written as a joke by her eccentric great grandfather Henry Campbell Black.
