Punishment according to the Law

The punishment for these (and ALL crimes) should be according to The Law, and I don't mean the American Constitution or any other law, I mean God's Law which is contained in the original copies of the first five books of the Bible. His laws are fair and just for everyone, and do not favor the rich at the expense/cost of the poor.
