Alex claims that MSG and dyes are bad, but in the same moment he is advertising foods that are stuffed with that and telling people that he bought it himself!

I'm talking about eFoodsDirect, here is Nutrition Facts from their site: http://www.efoodsdirect.com/files/freedom_liberty_ingredients.pdf

For example "Beef TVP" contains autolyzed yeast that is used the same way as MSG and itself does contain MSG (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autolyzed_yeast).
